Wet heating systems In a wet heating system like ATHE-Modul, there is a direct connection between the heating pipe, inside which the hot water runs, and the screed. The heating pipe is attached via plastic clips to the grid sheet and the carrier. On top of that the screed is applied, which means the heat can get through the screed very quickly. Dry heating systems The dry heating system ATHE-OpTimus offers a strict separation between the crafts which means, there is no direct contact between the heating pipe and the screed. First the profile plate is layed out on the ground. Then steel heat conducting profiles are inserted. Afterwards the heating pipe is inserted. Thanks to the slight omega-form the pipe is grabbed securely and held inside the profiles. Above the whole construction there is a layer of steel heat distribution cover plates. On top of a slim protective sheet, the screed can be applied. Advantages at a glance - Separation of crafts - Extremly even heat distribution - Very shot heating and cooling periods - Additional protection of the heating pipe by the cover plates - Low contruction heights - Suitable for high traffic loads - Suitable for all screeds
ATHE-Modul Flexibility and efficiency A new and integrated system for flexible heating concepts is the ATHE Modul. It can be flexibly integrated into various surroundings on the floor, the wall and under the ceiling. The square pipes of the innovative modules are set very tight next to each other. Furthermore the water runs through the modules very evenly and effectively. Thanks to that, the ATHE-Modul can produce a high heat output on a small amount of space. Perfect for restauration objects but also new higheffective buildings. The greatest advantages - Very slim construction height (35mm) - Adds stability to the construction - Integratable in floor, wall and ceiling - Timeeffective installation due to high prefabrication - Secure system because of welded connection
