Read this instruction manual before using the device.

Before Using the Device Important Safety Information Make sure to read before use. The following information is provided to ensure safe and correct use of the product, and to prevent injury to the user and others as well as damage to property. The icons and meanings are as follows. Warning Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury. Warnings and Cautions Caution Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury to the user or patient or damage to the equipment or other property*. * Property includes buildings, furniture, belongings, livestock, and pets. Legend Compulsory indicates compulsory. (The above is Compulsory.) Prohibited indicates prohibition. (The above is Prohibited.) Warning This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Check that the cloth is not torn before use. As there is a risk of injury or electric shock, do not use if even the minutest tear is found. This may cause entanglement in your hair, causing accident or injury. Compulsory 1 People prohibited from using the massager by a physician must not use. Compulsory Before Using the Device If you feel unwell, stop use immediately. Consult a physician and follow their advice. The surface of the device is hot, so people with heat insensitivity use with care. Low temperature burns may result. Do not use while wearing hard objects such as jewellery around the face, neck, or hips. This may cause accidents or injury. Do not allow children to use. Further, do not allow children to climb or play on the device. This may cause accidents, injury, or physical deterioration. Do not permit use by people incapable of self-expression or who are physically disabled. This may cause injury or physical deterioration. Do not use together with other treatment devices. This may cause unwellness or physical deterioration. This may cause injury. Do not use on the throat, head, stomach, chest, elbows, knees, or other bones. This may cause accidents or physical deterioration. Prohibited When massaging around the neck, take care not to make strong contact with the massage balls. Before Using the Device Important Safety Information Warning If the power cord and AC adapter plug are damaged, or insertion into the outlet is loose, do not use the device. This may cause electric shock, short circuits, or fire. When handling the power cord, observe the following: Do not damage. Do not break it. Do not tamper with it. Do not forcibly bend or pull. Do not twist. Do not bundle during use. Do not place under heavy objects. Do not pinch. Otherwise, an electric shock, fire, or failure may occur. Plug the AC adapter into the appropriate voltage outlet. Do not use a multiple-tap. Otherwise, an electric shock, fire, or failure may occur. Prohibited Use only the OMRON authorized AC adapter designed for this device. Do not forcibly press the massager, or place foreign objects between the massage balls, or stop the movement of the massage balls. Otherwise, fire or malfunction might result. Never plug in or unplug the power cord from the electric outlet with wet hands. Otherwise, an electric shock may occur. Wet hands prohibited Do not pour water on the device, or use in highly humid locations such as bathrooms, or outdoors. This may cause fire, electric shock, or injury. Waterlogged locations prohibited Do not disassemble, repair, or remodel the device. This may cause fire, malfunction, or accident. Disassembly prohibited 3 Caution If the device does not operate or appears abnormal, immediately turn it off, and contact the OMRON Customer Services for repairs. Otherwise, malfunction, accident, or failure due to heating or short circuit might occur. Wipe the dust off the AC adapter plug. Damp dust can cause an electric shock, short circuit, or fire. Securely insert the AC adapter plug to the hilt. This may cause electric shock, short circuits, or fire. To unplug the AC adapter, pull on the AC adapter plug at the connection with the electrical outlet, not the power cord itself. Otherwise, fire or electric shock might occur due to broken wires or short circuit in the power cord. When removing the AC adapter jack, do not pull the power cord of either the device or the AC adapter. This may cause fire or electric shock due to broken power cord wires or short circuit. Compulsory

Caution Important Safety Information If no effect manifests after using the device for a while, consult a physician or specialist. During a power outage, remove the AC adapter from the outlet. Otherwise, accident or malfunction might occur. After use, press the switch to turn off the device, and remove the AC adapter plug. Otherwise, accident or malfunction might occur. Burns, and electric shock or short-circuit fire might occur due to worn insulation. Do not massage the skin directly. This may cause accidents or injury. Do not use the massager for more than 15 minutes a day. Doing so might overstimulate the muscles or nerves to be counter-effective. Do not use immediately after eating. This may cause physical deterioration. Do not fall asleep during use. This may cause accidents or injury. Do not apply unnecessary force such as wilfully strong contact during use. This may cause injury or physical deterioration. Do not operate with the massage balls facing down. This may cause malfunction. Do not apply strong shock, or drop, step on, stand upright, or ride on the device. This may cause injury or damage the device. Do not drop or apply strong force to the device. This may cause electric shock, fire, or malfunction. Do not use or store in the following locations. Locations in direct sunlight Locations with high temperature or humidity Waterlogged locations Dusty locations Near naked flames Locations easily subject to vibrations or shock In strong magnetic fields Compulsory Remove the AC adapter plug Prohibited Before Using the Device General Precautions When using for the first time or using the device after a long period of non-use, operate as described in the instruction manual, and check that operations are correct. Do not use near the television. The screen might become discoloured, or the TV screen might flicker considerably due to radio waves. Do not use the device near mobile phones. Doing so might cause misoperation. When discarding the device, follow the instructions from the local government for your residence. Failure to do so might cause environmental pollution. Do not disassemble the device when discarding. Make sure the cover is attached on the main unit during use. 4

Make sure never to use if the cloth is torn. Check that the switch is operating correctly and the device turns off automatically before use. Incorrect operation might cause accident or injury. If the device has not been used for a long time, operate as described in the instruction manual and check that operations are normal. Make sure the cover is attached during use. Note: If an abnormality is detected, do not use the device and contact the OMRON Customer Services for repairs. ( Back cover.) Massaging 1 2 3 Insert the AC adapter jack into the power connector. Note: Securely insert to the hilt. Plug the AC adapter into an electrical outlet. Note: Hold the AC adapter and securely insert to the hilt. Press the switch Power connector to select the desired operation. The massage balls will operate and the massage will start. Each press of the switch changes the operation as illustrated below. Jack Plug Using the Device Note: Approx. 15 minutes after the massage has started, the device will stop automatically. Maintenance Maintenance and Troubleshooting Washing the Cover 1 2 3 Fully open the cover fastener. Fastener Cover Main unit Hand wash by following the cover washing instructions. Note: There is a risk of scratching the surface fastener of the cover and other items being washed, so make sure to close the fastener before washing. Gently smooth out wrinkles, correct the shape, and dry in the shade. Attaching the Cover 1 Attach the cover on the main unit. 2 Close the cover fastener. Maintenance issues Fastener Cover Main unit Use a dry, soft cloth to wipe away any dirt on the device. If the dirt is severe, thoroughly wring a soft cloth that has been immersed in a neutral cleaning agent diluted with warm water before wiping. To prevent discolouration, do not use thinners or benzine, when removing the dirt. 7

Storage Do not store in locations where nursing infants or small children can reach. Thoroughly wipe away any dirt and dust, and store in a location with low humidity. If not using the device for a long time, attach the cover so that no dirt or dust adheres before storage. To discard unwanted devices, accessories, and products that are sold separately, follow the instructions from the local government for your residence. Note: OMRON shall bear no responsibility for failure to observe the precautions and other correct methods of use described above. Troubleshooting Problem Cause Countermeasure Does not operate. AC adapter is unplugged. Switch does not operate correctly. Connect correctly. ( Page 6) Reattach the cover correctly and check the operation again. ( Page 7) Maintenance and Troubleshooting Device stopped suddenly. The device is overloaded. The device turns off automatically. The device stopped by the safety function. Press the switch to restart the device. ( Page 5) To prevent the excessive stimulation of the device, the device operations will stop automatically approx. 15 mins. after the switch is pressed. (This is not a malfunction.) Press the switch to restart the operations. ( Page 5) The massage ball heater does not warm up. Operating noise is loud. Depending on the use environment and use time, the heater might not reach its maximum temperature. The device emits a certain amount of operating noise due to its configuration. (This is not an abnormality.) 8
