The recipients were recognized by the HBA at the Parade of Homes Awards Banquet held at The Antlers in downtown Colorado Springs. NASH FM s Cutter was the emcee for the evening. The event was generously sponsored by Amnet, Moen, Perceptive Image Creations, Pikes Peak Regional Building Department and Stewart Title. The 2017 Parade of Homes presented 24 homes by 19 builders in communities throughout the Pikes Peak Region, with prices ranging from $330,000 to $1,850,000. Industry professionals from around the state judged the homes on a number of features including landscape design, floor plan, architectural exterior and interior decorating. The coveted People s Choice Award is voted on each year by Parade attendees. The People s Choice and Industry Awards are each broken out into multiple categories divided by price point.
