Amathole District Municipality GHG Assessment Amathole District Municipality East London, South Africa GIBB was appointed by Amathole District Municipality ADM to guide and inform integrated development in the ADM within the context of the green economy and pertinent issues such as climate change and its effects and impacts. The services provided include: - Energy reduction strategies - District green energy opportunity assessments - Green energy production methods and business plans Feasibility Study of a Community Employment Programme (CEP) within the Renewable Energy Sector Department of Trade and Industry Gauteng, South Africa GIBB was appointed by the DTI to conduct a feasibility study to evaluate the potential development of shared services facilities combined with an SME/Co-op enterprise development centre, a sub-assembly facility and a community training facility at various locations throughout the province. Southernwood Filling Station NPM Planning Mthatha, South Africa Transnet is developing a small mixed use development on urban 905 and 906, Errol Spring Avenue in Southernwood Park, Mthatha. One component of the development is a filling station. GIBB has been appointed to undertake a Basic Assessment in support of the application for environmental authorisation. From our understanding of the information supplied and brief legislation review, this project will require the completion of a Basic Assessment Process. Madeira and Sprigg Street One-way system N2 Mthatha River Bridge HHO Africa Mthatha CBD, South Africa SANRAL in conjunction with the KSD Municipality have embarked on a project to improve traffic circulation through the Mthatha CBD. This entitled the construction of a second bridge to carry the N2 over the Mthatha River and the implemetation of a one-way systems on Madeira Sprigg Street. 4
