ENGLEFIELD GREEN is an absolutely charming village located in North Surrey on the edge of Windsor Great Park. It has featured several times in paintings by Paul Sandby, regarded as the father of English watercolour, in the 1700 s. There are two shopping areas and several restaurants and picturesque pubs, one of which is set on the green.

The nearest main-line train station is about 1 mile away in Egham, with Waterloo reached in about 40-45 minutes.
