MARVIN LIFT AND SLIDE DOORS: IS IT INDOORS? IS IT OUTDOORS? YES AND YES. You don t want anything to stand between you and your view. That s why Marvin designed the Ultimate Lift and Slide. Available in stunningly large sizes and numerous panel configurations, they allow for a seamless transition from the exterior to the interior of your home. Marvin s industry-exclusive hardware virtually disappears, giving you an incredibly clean and unobstructed view with simple, effortless operation. Pocket and Stacked configurations give you the flexibility to fit your unique needs and vision while complementing your Marvin windows and patio doors. INDUSTRY-EXCLUSIVE HARDWARE ULTIMATE LIFT AND SLIDE DOORS Our industry-exclusive flush-mount hardware system is concealed for a clean aesthetic and built with an intuitive design for ease of operation. When the flush-mount hardware is in the up position, the panel is closed, dropped Exclusive Exterior Finger Pull Interior Finger Pull (optional) Exclusive Flush-Mount Hardware and locked. When in the down position, the panel is open, lifted and stacked or pocketed. DESIGN FLEXIBILITY ULTIMATE LIFT AND SLIDE DOORS Pocket Stacked Our Ultimate Lift and Slide comes in Pocket or Stacked door configurations. In the Pocket configuration, panels slide into wall openings and completely disappear from view. With the Stacked configuration, panels slide and stack neatly within the door frame providing you the flexibility of a seamless transition from the outside to the inside. In addition to the different configurations, the Ultimate Lift and Slide is available with two stile options: four inch stiles, which offer a more contemporary look and greater daylight and six inch stiles, which provide a more classic, traditional alternative. 6

Performance Sill - Open Face Slot Application with slight step down from interior to exterior Performance Sill - Flush Deck Application with smooth transition from interior to exterior The Performance Sill offers superior performance against the elements with a PG30 rating on many operating configurations. It is an ideal solution for wood construction and second story applications since concrete is not required for installation. The Bi-Fold Door is a simple, elegant solution for indoor/outdoor luxury living - opening wide to invite fresh air in, blurring the boundaries and creating connections with verandas, gardens or adjoining interior spaces. An outswing access panel allows for easy handling with an elite hardware system designed for exterior residential and light commercial folding door applications. The unit features a mortise latch or multi-point locking system, and can incorporate an ADA or floor channel sill option for a seamless transition. 9

Two to eight panels can comprise openings as large as 21' wide x 8' high. Panels glide easily on an extruded aluminum track and fold neatly to the outside of the door opening, so they won t interfere with furniture on the interior.
