Introduction Since its inception in 1991, GPI has developed progressively to become a reputed contractor in the power sector providing construction and O&M solutions for gas and steam turbine based power plants in the Saudi market. GPI has established a successful track record, having supplied many small to medium power plants on turnkey basis, and having successfully completed numerous O&M contracts kingdom wide. GPI has catered to the growing power demand of the Electricity Utilities, Oil & Gas, Defense and Agriculture sectors. Business Activities GPI is a construction contractor and provider of O&M services. Our scope of services encompasses the following: Electromechanical Construction GPI provides construction solutions mainly to the Electricity Utilities, O&G and Industrial sectors. GPI scope of services includes: Turnkey Construction of diesel engine based power plants; Electrical and Mechanical construction services for: Gas and Steam Turbine Based Power Plants; O&G Facilities; Industrial Plants. Operations & Maintenance GPI also provides maintenance of gas turbine and steam turbine based power plants. GPI s scope of services includes: 02 Preventive & Corrective Maintenance; Renovation and Modification; On Site Component Repair; Technical Manpower.
Company Qualifications GPI has witnessed several developments in its strategies resulting in substantial growth rates over the past years. A brief review of the company s qualifications follows: Possesses the in-house core skills, tools and plant equipment required to carry out its construction activities and all maintenance needs of thermal power plants; Registered and qualified with all relevant Customers in the Saudi market; Has secured Contractor Classification from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs for electrical and mechanical works; Has successfully completed more maintenance contracts than any other non OEM contractor in the Saudi market; Certified for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. 03
