XEON is a rectangular shape wall or ceiling fixture. This luminaire family has a robust aluminium construction housing with a high impact resistant polycarbonate diffuser. It is to be operated with LED and compact fluorescent lamp. XEON with LED unit is also available with built-in microwave sensor and hi-low light function. The diffused light distribution provides general lighting for both private and public areas. XEON is available in 3 different front cover styles with a choice of 6 colours. On-Off Function This luminaire is equipped with motion switch sensor. It turns on the light on detection of people movement and turns off after a pre-selected holdtime when there is no people around. A daylight sensor is also built-in to switch off the light when there is sufficient natural light. With sufficient natural light, the light does not switch on when presence detected. With insufficient natural light,the sensor switches on the light automatically when person enters the room or passes by. After the hold time, then switch off automatically when no movement is detected. 246
Step Dimming Function With the combination of our DIM Driver, it offers the 2 levels of light: 100% on detection of people movement, and dimmed (pre-selected 0%, 25%, 50%) in the absence of people. Ideally for the areas like hotel corridor, hospital or garage, where always need some brightness for comfort and safety. Note: in this application, light never turns off even when the natural light is over the selected threshold. The lamp always turns on at pre-defined dimming level. The sensor switches the light at 100% level automatically when a person walks into the room or passes by. After the hold time, the lamp dims to the pre-defined dimming level when the person leaves the detection area. 247
