The new Patio Lift has been developed especially for large Lift&Slide doors made of aluminium profiles, with sash weights of up to 300 kg. Patio PS Convenient hardware for parallel Opening&Sliding elements Patio PS: Everything speaks for them Roto Patio PS is our new hardware system for parallel Opening&Sliding windows and doors with a sash height of up to 2.35 m and a sash weight of 160 kg. In this case the sash is not tilted when opening it, but rather retracted parallel and slid to the side. An ideal solution for spacesaving balcony and terrace doors or windows. Those who set high standards in terms of operating convenience, safety and functionality, while also attaching great importance to aesthetics do not need to look any further Patio PS provides the perfect hardware solution. 4
The system is easy to install and extremely versatile An innovative spring damper unit ensures that all of the sash formats are easy to open and close with virtually no force It is suitable for timber, timber/ aluminium and PVC profiles, and can also be installed in standard Tilt&Turn sashes With its large retracting distance of 125 mm, the hardware can also be used for window systems with triple glazing and it covers 98% of all possible sash installation depths. Patio PS Useful functions, aesthetic design, simple, economical installation Air exchange and security as standard: the night ventilation Roto Patio PS plays its part in creating a healthy interior climate while also preventing the growth of mould and rooms from overheating in the summer. This is because profile-specific night ventilation strikers enable highly-efficient night ventilation to be achieved: simply turn the handle 180, and you re done! The standard version (RC1) is equipped with four night ventilation strikers, guaranteeing the unimpeded exchange of air at all of the sash edges. Security grade RC2 is achieved through the use of additional strikers, both in the night ventilation and closed sash positions. In contrast to a tilted sash, the night ventilation position is hardly noticeable from outside, which in turn increases the level of burglary protection even further. It all comes down to a perfect look The discrete, slim cover caps help to achieve an aesthetically discerning window and door design.
