Our custom build service All our sofas and chairs are shown with their standard measurements. But as each piece of furniture is made just for you, these sizes can be changed to meet your exact specifications. S.Rouse & Co. Established 1938 How to choose your sofas & chairs There are 4 simple steps to choosing your dream furniture here at S Rouse & Company: 1. Style Each of our exclusive models is distinctive in its design, and is available as a chair, 2 seater, 2 1 /2 seater or 3 seater as standard (and a 4 seater on request). The exact sizes of all our exclusive models can be found on its individual page. However we realise that standard assumes that everyone wants the same size furniture, but our experience has shown this is simply not the case. As our furniture is all hand made in our own workshops we can offer a choice of higher or lower backs, and varying seat depths, widths and heights too. In fact your furniture can be any size that you want it to be as it is uniquely made for you. A B C 2. Comfort As with the style and design of your furniture, you can also choose the size of the back and seat cushions, and their fillings, foam comes as medium, firm, or you may want feather or fibre instead. As your furniture is tailored to your very needs, you can have these in any combination you choose. 4. Fabric Choosing the colour, pattern and texture of the fabric for your furniture is your most important choice, and we have literally thousands of leading names for you to choose from, including Zoffany, Sanderson, Romo, Kobe, Linwood, Jab and many more. You can be assured that our professional advice and personal service will ease you through this sometimes daunting choice. Samples are available, and you can even choose in the comfort of your own home. Sofa beds in all sizes and many designs For everyday use and the unexpected guest!! Our sofabeds convert quickly and easily without compromising on quality. The bed mechanism is made with wooden slats, and comes with a sprung interior mattress. These can be used everyday, not just occasionally. There are four different sizes available: 3FT (SINGLE) 4FT (SMALL DOUBLE) 4FT 6 (STANDARD DOUBLE) 5 FT (KING SIZE) The length of the sofa bed when open is 2.30m. Then why not ask about our re-upholstery service - the finest in the business and one that S. Rouse & Company has been synonymous with for over 70 years. You may love the style of your suite and just want to revamp its image - in which case we can offer a full re-upholstery or loose cover service. We have a fabric library of over 700 books so we re pretty sure you ll find something to your taste, but if you already have the material, we can use that too.
