The system combines the conveniences of decentralised systems with the significant investment benefits of centralised supply systems. Operating principle: In the central heating system, hot water is heated by any energy generator (fossil, regenerative or a combination). Heated to a set temperature, the hot water is stored in a buffer tank and, if necessary, reaches the individual apartments via the heating circuits. This means that each user can control the room temperature individually at any time of the year. Consumption can be accurately measured thanks to heat meters. The drinking water is heated on demand by a heat exchanger inside the Aqua Port and Combi Port without the need for storage.
