III. FIRE RELATED EXPERIENCE A. Served U. S. Army from 1968-1969 in Vietnam as a Bomb Tech and Squad Leader B. Sioux City Fire Department 1973 to 2003 1. Promoted to Lieutenant in 1986 and was a company commander 2. Assigned to Fire Investigations in 1995 3. Appointed to Sioux City Fire Marshal in March 2000 4. Investigated hundred s of fires and have been instrumental in numerous arson convictions (cover sheets available upon request) 5. Served as Sioux City Fire department instructor on fire origin and cause 6. Serve as chief instructor on origin and cause for Northwest Iowa Regional Fire School. C.
