SYSTEMIC FUNGICIDE FOR TURF, ROSE AND ORNAMENTAL PLANT DISEASES EASOUT is a systemic fungicide for control of certain fungus diseases. It is effective against powdery mildew, black spot of roses, botrytis, powdery mildew and other diseases on many ornamental and certain turf diseases. Compatibility: EASOUT is compatible with most pesticides; do not mix with lime or other alkaline materials. DIRECTIONS: TURF: EASOUT prevents and cures dollar spot, brown patch and certain other turf diseases on golf course greens, tees, fairways and other turf areas. EASOUT will not injure grasses when used at label rates. Safe on bent grasses, blue grasses, fescues, rye grasses, etc. Apply after mowing or avoid mowing for 12 hours after application. Use at least 24 litres of water per 100 m 2 of area to be sprayed. Apply the higher recommended rate under conditions of severe disease pressure. DISEASE RATE PER 100 m 2 INSTRUCTIONS Dollar Spot (Sclerotinia homoeocarpa) Brown patch (Rhizoctonia solani) 25-30 grams Spray when disease first appears. Repeat at 10-14 day intervals during season or as needed. 30-60 grams Spray as for dollar spot. When disease conditions are severe spray every 5-7 days.
DATE ISSUED: APRIL 10, 2000 6 EASOUT* TURF & ORNAMENTAL - LABEL AND PAMPHLET DISEASE RATE PER 100 m 2 INSTRUCTIONS Powdery mildew (Erysiphe graminis) Pink snow mold (Fusarium nivale) 125-250 grams Wash into root zone with 2.5 cm of water immediately after application. Apply when disease first appears (spring or fall). Make a second application 14-21 days later. Repeat applications as disease appears. 125-175 grams Apply when disease first appears. Repeat as needed. ROSES, ORNAMENTAL PLANTS: Black spot of Roses, Powdery Mildew and Certain Other Diseases: Use 500-750 grams per 1000 litres of water (22.5 ml per 10 litres of water for small quantities of spray). Spray when disease first appears and repeat at 10-14 day intervals throughout the growing period. GREENHOUSE POTTED ORNAMENTALS: Systemic Soil Treatment: Powdery mildew, botrytis and certain other diseases, such as leaf spots on orchids, can be controlled by watering the soil thoroughly with a suspension of EASOUT 15 ml per 10 litres of water. Repeat at weekly intervals as necessary using 15-22.5 ml per 10 litres of water. ASPEN AND POPLAR: Marsonnia Leaf Spot, Septoria Leaf Spot: Use 1.1 kg per 1000 litres of water per hectare. Apply 2 to 3 sprays per season at 10-day intervals beginning in mid-june.
