Before an operating terminal is installed, the following components must first be installed on the operating unit. Network module (SAFEDLINK) FN00-A with ES, for connecting to the FC080 Adapter and connection cable for the power supply Supplied with processor unit (9", FC080) FCC00-A Preparing the operating unit The network module (SAFEDLINK) FN00-A must be installed on connector X of the operating unit (main module slot). 6 8 7 Installing the required options taking operating unit FCM08-A as an example 6
Installation in 9" pedestal housing of the FC080 Operating unit Flange with threaded holes for securing the module Connector strip X for network module Network module (SAFEDLINK) FN00-A with ES x fixing screw 6 PMI & mainboard FCM07 7 Adapter for power supply (including ribbon cable) 8 Connector strip X peripheral data bus connection. Plug the network module (SAFEDLINK) () into connector X () of the operating unit ().. Secure the module to mounting flange () with both screws (). Ensure that it is secured correctly to avoid interrupts.. Plug the adapter (7) into connector X (8) of the PMI & mainboard (6) so inscription 'TOP' is at the top. Installing operating unit Mounting operating terminal in door, taking operating unit FCM08-A as an example Inside of door Opening for operating unit x welded threaded bolt x mounting hole in the operating unit x fixing screw. Remove the cover plate () by removing the four nuts ().. Place the mounting holes () of the operating unit on the four threaded bolts () and screw the operating unit down with the four nuts (). 7

Wire up the external cables of the supply, the FCnet and the Ethernet cable through the cut-out in the desktop and the cable lead-throughs in the rear panel. Installation in desktop housing (FT080) FHA00. Remove the top of housing () by pushing the two tilting brackets () on the left and right inwards until you can lift off the top of housing.. Connect the ground connection as shown with clamping bracket () and M pan head screw ().. Place the spacer sleeves (0) from below over the rubber feet (9).. Position the housing ().. Place the washers (8) onto the rubber feet (9) inside the housing. 6. Screw the housing () tight with a screw (7) suitable for the substructure.
