Life-enhancing heat is the new oil-fired, combination, floor-standing, system boiler (central heating + production of domestic hot water and water tank), entirely designed and manufactured by Fondital. The range includes 12 models, with heat outputs from 24 to 43 kw, available with open chamber (BTF) and sealed chamber (BTFD), both can be supplied with double flow connection for systems with low and high temperature zone (versions V: BTFV, BTFDV). The heat exchanger is made of cast iron (EN-GJL-200) with three smoke passes, the design of the combustion chamber allows the flame to fully develop and to spread on an ample surface of exchange, thus absorbing superior quantities of heat while allocating a low thermal load on walls. A high-thickness insulation completely covers the boiler body, avoiding wasteful and detrimental heat dispersions toward the outside. The casing is made of electro-galvanic finished sheet panels, painted with epoxy-polyester powders for the longest lifetime. The domestic hot water supply is obtained by means of a 130-lt., glass enameled water tank, equipped with high efficiency coil exchanger, magnesium anode and insulated with a thick layer of expanded polyurethane. The water tank interior can be inspected. The efficiency rating for all models, according to 92/42/ EC, is two stars. V models only The control panel includes a printed circuit board and master switch with light, operating mode selector, domestic hot water and central heating temperature adjusting selectors, water pressure gauge, led thermometer which acts as diagnostic indicator as well, overheating reset button. The control panel can also host a digital, two channel programmer, managing heating unit, which is supplied as standard with V models, or an electromechanical programmer optionally supplied for all other models. The heating unit can be connected to a thermostat and it can also operate in sliding temperature mode by connecting an external probe, supplied upon request (code: 0SONDAES01). A remote control can be connected to the heating unit (optional equipment), which together with an external probe (code: 0KSONEST00) allows for improved management of the heating unit. In order to manage a multiple zone central heating system, a suitable kit is available as an accessory which is capable of managing three heating zones and, when coupled by an external probe (standard with the kit) allows for sliding temperature operation mode; the probe is to be connected to the printed circuit board of the heating unit. The remote control is also designed for three central heating zone system management.
