CEO MESSAGE On behalf of MTI team I would like to greet everyone reading our brochure, intended to serve as your virtual window to discover our history, current and previous projects, our scope, structure and goals. MTI is an energetic German company, which operates regionally within the MENA region. We are specialized in MEP works, and have executed various projects across the region. Our values are based on competence, responsibility, and collaboration and we apply them to develop our different business practices and to foster robust relationships with our valued customers. Those values are embedded in all members of staff who are well trained and proved their potential. History MTI was established as a joint stock company in Egypt (SAE) and GmbH company in Germany through a successful synergetic approach between GMS group and a regional business partner. MTI was a member of GMS group of companies from February 2013 till 2015 whereby it successfully delivered a mega project in Al Najaf, Iraq. In 2015, MTI became a separate entity with headquarters in Leipzig, Germany and regional offices in Cairo, Dubai, and Jeddah while delivering exactly the same scope. All the above makes me very proud to belong to MTI, it also enables us as a company to continue exerting all our efforts to continue our journey in today s competitive markets. I. Electrical power systems We provide all system components to supply, transmit, and use electric power in the healthcare facilities with all its complex and sophisticated requirements. We also take charge of the engineering services associated with all the relevant installations as follows: MVS gear panels and ring main units up to 33 KV. Power transformers. Low voltage Distribution boards. Lighting and Power Feeding Networks. Renewable Energy Systems. Infrastructures networks. II. IT Systems We provide IT solutions for Integrated Care to create actionable insight across the healthcare system and the care pathway, enabling better clinical and financial outcomes. Our scope includes the following systems: Fire alarm systems. Access control and time attendance systems. Close Circuit Television Systems. Building Management Systems. IT infra-structure and server rooms. Master clock systems. Intrusion systems. Telephone systems. Nurse-call and Infant Security systems. 09 10
III. HVAC Systems We offer a wide range of climate control methods to help maintain good indoor air quality through adequate ventilation with filtration therefore providing thermal comfort. HVAC systems are fundamental functions in Healthcare and other facilities and MTI is capable of delivering the following systems: HVAC systems including chilled water generation, DX and VRF cooling system. Duct fabrication, insulation and Erection. Industrial ventilations. Refrigeration systems. IV. Fire fighting and plumbing We provide effective fire protection systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We ensure that complete safety and quality assurance in our fire fighting systems will be provided during the engineering and installation stages. All engineering and application are being executed according to the international standards which are needed for protection to the Human and asset resources as well as to meet the relevant legislation. Moreover we provide the full scope of the various plumbing services. We provide the following systems: Water supply, drainage and sanitary fixing works. Engineering & Technical Advisory Our engineering and technical office covers a diversified range of services for both in house projects and other special needs of our customers. Products An important pillar of MTI operation is the distribution of prestigious products across the MENA region. MTI is authorized to design, purchase, and resell Ackermann by Honeywell systems, with successful delivery, installation, and commissioning of these systems in the MENA region. Moreover, MTI plans to expand its products portfolio to include new products such as Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS), Digital Signage, and HVAC precision units. 15 16
Nurse Call System We provide Honeywell Nurse Call systems to meet the needs of hospitals, nursing homes, and assistedliving facilities through different levels of communication links between patients and caregivers. The provided solution is a scalable communication system and is suitable for all kinds of facilities. Infant Security Systems An RFID based system for networked safety solutions. It creates an integrated solution which combines a practical support for care processes, including audit proof recording of calls and alarms. 17 18
