Shared Vision for Northampton Boulevard Burton Station SGA Develop a seamlessly integrated development and open space that supports both cities and buffers and preserves the Burton Station Village. Jointly support the future improvements to and with the Norfolk Airport Authority. Provide sound planning and development guidance for the entire Northampton/Burton Station SGA. Provide an effective internal transportation system within the SGA and determine and mitigate impacts to the adjacent major roadways.

Infrastructure Improvement Plans Update Made tremendous progress on Phase 1 Burton Station Village. All right-way-and easements necessary are acquired and in the process of closing and recordation. Plans are complete, finalized for a bid advertisement in May and construction start in July. Phases 2 and 3 are at 60% design Phase 3 30% design public meeting was held last June Wesleyan Drive intersection completed Wesleyan Drive Extended is not funded
