There are also further proposals emerging through the DN7 project. potentially suitable as an employment allocation subject to further issues

This site has reasonable appeal to local market and potentially regional market although other sites nearer motorway may soak up demand if they become available first. Currently attractiveness to regional market low but with direct access from the motorway this will be greatly improved. Planning permission exists for a link road from the site to the M8. potentially suitable as an employment allocation subject to further issues
