Requests for returns must be made in writing to orders@turbochef.com and must include the serial number, invoice number, and reason for return. If approved TurboChef will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Goods must be in their original packaging, in new/unused condition and must be accompanied by the RMA paperwork. Units returned in any other condition, may be deemed not valid for credit. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.
