Check For Missing Parts Using Packing List Before Beginning Installation Assembly 4-Leg Unit is First to Place into "Final Position" Unpack crated table. Locate PARTS BAG. Identify parts by using PACKING LIST. Check for missing parts before beginning installation assembly. 1
Determine "Final Position" 1. Decide best placement of table. Set the 4-Leg Unit in place first. 2. Install Drain Tube 2" Clamp to table base. See Parts Bag Drain Components on Page ii. 3. Remove the drain cover and seal ring. Save until later in assembly. 4. Place drain tube elbow through access hole. 5. Position drain tube to fit into clamp.. 6. Secure hose clamp. 2
Install Drain Tube 7. Turn drain tube outlet to the center of the table for easy access to install drain line. 8. Connect drain line (not included) to drain tube outlet hose barb. 9. This position allows easy access to secure drain line. 10. Turn the drain pipe toward the floor drain and run it maintaining a pitch for proper drainage. 3 11. Turn the drain pipe toward the floor drain and pitch for proper drainage. 12. If required, use drain elbow to increase drain pitch.
Nesting The Base Halves 13. Nest the 2-Leg Unit onto 4-Leg Unit. 14. The bottom sets on top of the frame. 15. Adjust units close together. 16. Table base are halves nested together. Remove Drain Cover From Drain Pipe Before Mounting Table Top 2-Leg Unit 4-Leg Unit 17. Adjust units together. Remove drain cover from drain pipe. 4
Assembling Table Top Halves 18. Angle table top half to install, working outside edge to center. 19. Table top tabs and cut-outs align with base. Table Top Table Base 20. Top center slots nest to base flanges. 21. Align drain hole with drain pipe. 5 22. Adjust center mullion for final fit. 23. Squeeze together mullion to seat flanges to table top.
Secure Table Top To Base 24. Secure table top at 4 corners. 25. Secure carriage bolts with custom wrench supplied. 26. Wrench fits carriage bolt to tighten easily. 27. Install the center table mullion caps, one on each side. 28. Before tightening cap, press down on table top so there is no gap at the top. 29. From under the table top, bolt table tops halves together in 2 places. 6
Finishing Table Assembly 30. Screw the drain cover and seal ring into the drain tube through top of the table. 31. Install plastic grommets in the holes in the table. 32. Adjust legs to level each side. 33. Adjust legs to level front and back. 7 34. Locate drain line parts shown. 35. Assemble the drain lines and drop drain elbows into the drain tube.
Prepare Water Line To Auto-Fill Typical Water Line Connection - Sold Separately - To Auto-Fill Quick Connect or Shut-Off Valve 36. Use pipe thread sealant on all threaded fittings. Use hose clamps to secure hose to barb fittings. Water Source 37. Feed water line through table holes. 38. Separate Quick-Connects at this point of installation is recommended. 39. Prepare water stub out to fit 1/4" hose barb. Example shown: 1/4" copper water line with shut off valve to 1/4" hose barb. 8
Streamline Unit Before Lifting Onto Table 40. Remove doors. Doors lift-off from hinges. No tools required. 41. Remove tray slides from uprights with upward J motion. No tools required. Carriage Bolt Carriage Bolts Upright 42. Release upright with upward motion from carriage bolts. No tools required. 43. Remove remainer of uprights. 9 44. Proper table orientation with removable shelf on left. 45. Drain lines are ready to be connect to units. NOTE: The use of plastic side cups under legs ease sliding and positioning units.
Drain System Orientation Install drain system by tilting-up unit. Drain system is "mirrored" as shown below. Install hose barb - facing center. STEM FACES CENTER STEM FACES CENTER 10
Installing Drain System 46. Unit placed on table using protective leg caps. 47. Carefully tilt unit to access T-Fitting on base of water pan. 48. Add sealant to drain hose barb and plug. 49. Support the "T" with channel lock pliers to avoid damage to the weld. 11 50. Completed T-Fitting with plug and hose barb facing center. 51. Attach drain hose barb and tighten the clamp.
Installing Drain System to 2nd Unit PLUG STEM SEALANT 52. Carefully tilt unit control side upward to access water pan drain fitting. 53. Locate plug & hose barb. Coat threads with thread compound. 54. Install hose barb facing center. Support "T" with channel lock pliers to avoid damage to the weld. 55. Secure hose to hose barb and tighten with hose clamp in upward position. Stagger Units To Access Auto-Fill Location of Auto-Fill Location of Auto-Fill 56. Stagger units to access auto-fill system panels to install water lines. 12
Connecting Auto-Fill Water System 57. Remove 2 screws. Lower access panel. 58. Thread water line thru panel opening. 59. Connect hose to barbed auto-fill stem and secure hose-clamp. 60. Drop water lines through hole in table. 13 61. Connect to main water line "T". Check for leaks at this time. 62. Connect to dedicated power source. 20 amp 120 volt

Check Water Flow 63. One unit at a time, turn unit "On". 64. Water will flow into pan. 65. Recommended water flow pressure. Filter is shown in place around drain plug. 66. Adjust water flow by turning screw. 15 67. Turn units "Off" before completing installation process. 68. Check for leaks. Secure Auto-Fill access panel.
Level Units 69. Level unit(s) front and back. 70. Level unit(s) each side. 71. Adjust legs to level. Install Trim 72. Side panels snap into place. 73. Align tab keys at sides of table. 16
Position Trim and Secure Working Shelf Align Key-Hole to Slot 74. Position the working shelf. 75. Align key-hole slots to carriage bolts and slide into place. 76. Working shelves in place. 77. Secure shelves to side panels with screws. 17 78. Insert grommets into holes in center divider plate that fits between the 2 units. 79. These holes are used for electric cords if outlet is below the table.
Final Assembly Carriage Bolts Upright 80. Install uprights facing control side. 81. Keyhole on upright slots into carriage bolt on unit. "L" "R" Carriage Bolt 82. Install upright pairs "L" and "R" from control side for both front and back. 83. Install upright with downward motion onto carriage bolts. No tools required. 84. Install tray slides into uprights with J motion. No tools required. 85. Uprights and tray slides installed. 18
Complete Assembly 86. Install doors onto hinges. No tools required. 87. Remove any protective film on units and table. 88. Install access door. Bottom of panel has tabs. 89. Top of panel has a magnet catch. Notch 19 90. Install removable shelf. Notch makes them side-specific.
Using Warming Drawers Remove shelf and slide drawers into table base. Cut-outs are provided for electrical cord. 20
