It is very important to underline that the two fluids productions is absolutely independent from the external temperature conditions. It is possible to have three operation modes: COOLING The unit works as an air cooled liquid chiller. Gas/air heat exchanger "D", for total condensation heat rejection and evaporator for chilled water production "C, are simultaneously in operation. The capacity steps control is based on the cooling request. HTING The unit works as a reverse cycle heat pump liquid chiller with air evaporator. Condenser "B" for total condensation heat rejection and relevant hot water production and gas/ air heat exchanger "D", for total gas evaporation, are simultaneously in operation. t the same time, the automatic defrosting control for gas/air heat exchanger "D" is activated in order to avoid ice formation. The capacity steps control is based on the heating request. COOLING + HTING The unit simultaneously produced hot water and chilled water. Same characteristics as the cabinet of the chiller, the plenum is supplied with built-in weatherproof noise absorption partitions. Thanks to the particular disposition of the noise absorption partitions, the air pressure drop across the plenum is zero. NOIS LVL RDUCTION The RC GROUP catalogues show the chillers noise pressure level on gas/air heat exchanger side. The noise pressure level on fans air discharge is always higher. With the plenum it is possible to reach, on fans air discharge side, a noise pressure level value of -3dB() lower than the nominal one (on gas/air heat exchanger side), for all the chillers. The plenum reduces only the noise level on fan air discharge side. NOIS LVL RDUCTION The RC GROUP catalogues show the chillers noise pressure level on gas/air heat exchanger side. The noise pressure level on fans air discharge is always higher. R134a MULTIPLO.SCRW..FLX U Multifunction air cooled liquid chillers with Screw compressors and axial fans WORKING LOGIC The MULTIPLO working logic privilege the maximum energy saving, by producing as much simultaneously as possible chilled and hot water. It is very important to underline that the two fluids productions is absolutely independent from the external temperature conditions. It is possible to have three operation modes: COOLING The unit works as an air cooled liquid chiller. Gas/air heat exchanger "D", for total condensation heat rejection and evaporator for chilled water production "C, are simultaneously in operation. The capacity steps control is based on the cooling request. HTING The unit works as a reverse cycle heat pump liquid chiller with air evaporator. Condenser "B" for total condensation heat rejection and relevant hot water production and gas/ air heat exchanger "D", for total gas evaporation, are simultaneously in operation. t the same time, the automatic defrosting control for gas/air heat exchanger "D" is activated in order to avoid ice formation. The capacity steps control is based on the heating request. COOLING + HTING The unit simultaneously produced hot water and chilled water. The condenser "B", for total condensation heat rejection and relevant hot water production and the evaporator "C", for chilled water production, are simultaneously in operation. The capacity steps control is based on the highest request between heating and cooling ones. Same characteristics as the cabinet of the chiller, the plenum is supplied with built-in weatherproof noise absorption partitions. Thanks to the particular disposition of the noise absorption partitions, the air pressure drop across the plenum is zero. NOIS LVL RDUCTION The RC GROUP catalogues show the chillers noise pressure level on gas/air heat exchanger side. The noise pressure level on fans air discharge is always higher. With the plenum it is possible to reach, on fans air discharge side, a noise pressure level value of -3dB() lower than the nominal one (on gas/air heat exchanger side), for all the chillers. The plenum reduces only the noise level on fan air discharge side.
