The offer is stipulated in a lease/services contract, which remains flexible, and everything is installed in 48h. We are also a handyman, DIY. The flexible shortterm contract allows you to rent all the furniture necessary to make you feel at home quickly. This solution relieves the expatriate who is waiting for his container or a private individual in a provisional situation. The temporary contract is well appreciated by expatriates' managers, who are relieved from all restraints, with a decreasing price in case of an extension is required. Long-term rent Driven by the performance of its " allinclusive " service, Myotaku can offer a long-term rent for a duration from 6 months to 6 years and can manage the entire installation to assure a dedicated, personalised attention to the maintenance and quality of the furniture. 14
The long-term rent offer has two scenarios. 1. Input and go scenario : give us your wishes such as a leather sofa, an American style bed or a preference for colour tones and leave our decorators do the rest. 15

Myotaku introduces a moodboard. An agreement is made official by a flexible contract and Myotaku s services run until your departure.
