The support levels are described below. The basis for these dates: Number installed systems User requirements and needs. Retention of knowledge within Eaton Retention of ion records and database. Substantial reduction in demand may result in changes to this planning. During the life cycle of a switchgear system, we offer an appropriate support level: Regular From the moment of introduction of new power distribution equipment, our service organization is trained to provide full support for installation, start-up,, and system extension. Accessories and spare parts which do not affect the liability are usually as a separate component. Phase 1 After phasing out the regular ion of a system, Eaton continues full support of the, including extensions and modifications. The delivery of entire new cubicles and / or circuit Page 4 of 5
breakers is possible. Phase 2 At this stage, complete cubicles or circuit breakers will no longer be ; however Eaton does retain outdated ion technology, tools, obsolete raw materials or spare parts to be able to perform repairs and overhauls. Phase 3 At this stage we still offer specially trained technicians with -specific knowledge, however the range of spare-parts is limited. These parts are not separately. The activities are limited to work such as inspection, measuring, cleaning and lubrication. After aftermarket, specific spare parts will no longer be. The activities will be limited to generic. Retrofit solution With retrofit solutions, Eaton can upgrade an existing power distribution system within a few hours. Your power distribution system will get more functionality and a new life. Circuit breakers, protection devices and automation are replaced by modern equivalents. Transition Panel To expand facilities where the installed power distribution equipment is obsolete, our transition panels offer a solution, to expand the system with modern materials. Page 5 of 5
