INDUSTRIAL THERMAL OIL OPX Thermal oil heater, three pass horizontal design, complete with single thermal oil pump, regulation, safety accessories and control panel Design pressure 10 bar The OPX thermal oil heater is a 3 pass design with flue gas outlet in the rear. Is generously designed to ensure low thermal loads and high oil speeds in order to eliminate any risk of cracking, due to thermal stress caused by the breakdown of the thermal oil as a result of In addition, the generous design, and reduced use of refractory cements, ensures a high degree of reliability against the risk of overheating even in cases of no flow. OPX Main Features - thermal oil heat generator, horizontal spiral wound coil - ASTM A106 GR.B carbon steel, "MANNESMANN" quality S. S. tube coils built with single or multistart coils with dedicated gas paths. - carbon steel support frame; a service platform is provided on top of the heater to ensure easy access - hinged front door, to allow easy access for inspection and cleaning, equipped with flame viewing port. - external high density, mineral wool thermal insulation, with aluminum finish sheet mounted on a rectangular configuration - flanged flue gas connection, housed in the upper flue gas chamber, and easily removable for cleaning operations. The OPX REC Is generously designed to ensure low thermal loads and high oil speeds in order to eliminate any risk of cracking due to thermal stress caused by the breakdown of the thermal oil as a result of overheating. In addition, the generous design and reduced use of refractory, ensures a high degree of reliability against the risk of overheating even in no flow situations. Standard equipment: - 2 input output connections complete with counter flanges - thermal oil drain valve - 2 steel aerator valves - 2 oil input output manometers complete with steel shut-off valves - liquid expansion security thermostat with manual restart - boiler oil circulation security differential pressure gauge complete with steel valves - flue gas high temperature alarm - oil circulation unit containing: - electric pump directly coupled to a jointed electric motor, cast iron body, steel shaft with auto cooling mechanical seal, placed on a pedestal. - 2 bellow sealed cast iron flow start valves, mounted on suction and delivery. - steel filter mounted on pump suction - 2 stainless steel flexible connectors mounted on pump suction and delivery - boiler electric command panel, IP 55 electrical protection, composed of: - main switch - oil circulation pump control switch (off-manual-automatic) - burner control switch - oil temperature electric regulator - high oil pressure light and alarm reset button - low oil circulation pressure light and alarm reset button - high exhaust pressure light and alarm reset button - alarm siren OPX REC main features: - diathermic fluid heater, with spiral wound horizontal coil - ASTM A106 GR. S. tube coils built with single or multistart coils with dedicated gas paths, - carbon steel support frame; an access platform platform is provided on the top of the heater to ensure easy access - double hinged front door, to allow easy access for inspection and cleaning, equipped with flame viewing port. - external high density, mineral wool thermal insulation, with aluminum finish sheet mounted in a rectangular configuration - flanged exhaust connection, housed in the upper smoke box, bolted to the boiler and easily removable for cleaning operations. - integral combustion air high efficiency recuperator consisting of: - AISI 304 stainless steel tube bundle with vertical tubes and expanded tube plates - hot gas collection chamber and exhaust outlet - collection chamber with two cleaning and inspection doors and an easy access, wide opening rear access door. - counter flow combustion air preheat arrangement reducing radiated losses and increasing efficiency - hot air transfer duct incorporated into generator structure in order to deliver air to the burner. + LEVEL - + LEVEL - VEO THERMAL OIL EXPANSION VESSEL Design pressure 5 bar PLANT ANCILLARIES VEO INDUSTRIAL The thermal oil expansion vessel is designed to absorb the volumetric changes of oil caused by temperature variation. Its composition consists of a horizontal pressurized vessel with nitrogen. The pressure ranges from 1 bar with cold oil up to 4 bar with 280 C oil. The tank is conform with the PED 97 23 norm, built from carbon steel Fe 410.1.KW UNI 5869/75, externally varnished VEO is provided with ancillaries necessary for pressure and level automatic control. Selectors, fuses, and expansion lights are located in the control panel of the OPX heater.
