HD Series Horizontal Screen Bowl The HD horizontal screen bowl centrifuge offers an efficient way to dewater 1.0 mm x 0.045mm (325 Mesh) coal slurry by combining the processes advantages of centrifugal sedimentation and screen filtration. Our HD screen bowls have been widely used for the dewatering of fine materials such as flotation and spiral products. Flow Monitors Torque Sensor Extended Wear Life All high wear areas of the screen bowl, such as the inner walls of the bowl section, the screw conveyor flights and the inner walls of casings are lined with wear-resistant materials, and the screen wires are made of tungsten carbide. Easy Maintenance Modular design offers easy maintenance. The screen section is comprised of modular blocks that are bolted onto the rotor assembly from the outside. Thus, replacement and maintenance of the screen section can be easily done on site. The HD screen bowl is equipped with an automatic screen washing device to effectively rinse and clean the screen. Small end of the stainless steel basket is re-inforced with high wear-resistant steel band. User friendly design offers ease of operation and maintenance. Access door integrated with feed pipe allows easy screen basket replacement. HS Horizontal Scroll/Screen Centrifuge Idea for dewatering 3 X 0.1 mm coal, the HS horizontal scroll/screen centrifuge offers high fines recovery with low product moisture. Features Extended Wear Life Specially designed wear protection for key parts such as the scroll, screen basket and casing. High Efficiency and Low Power Consumption With large end diameter of the basket being 1300 mm (51.18"), the HS1300 scroll/screen centrifuge can generate a centrifugal force up to 300 g while maintaining high processing capacity and low product moisture. Easy Maintenance Modular design of the whole machine. Innovative structural design gives easier adjustment of the gap between the screen basket and scroll and more convenient basket replacement.
