This instruction offer the information about kinds of fan cooling upright series, fan cooling display series and worktable series. Please note the contain in this instruction, follow and execute each step in order to keep the refrigerator in the best situation.

Product transport and install Transport During loading and delivery, refrigerators cannot be reverse or lying down. The angle that between product and ground must equal or more than 45 degree. Please remark to put vertically for 2 hours after transport when your first time turn on the refrigerator. Removal of redundant refrigerators Please ensure that old or redundant refrigerator and equipment are disposed of safely and legally. We recommend that the first step is the door must be removed to ensure safety. Unpacking Remove all external and interior packing and accessories, ensure all such material is disposed of safely. Ventilation It is essential to ensure that the room in which the unit is to be install has adequate ventilation, just because the refrigerator generate a considerable amount of heat. If operated in a small unventilated room in warm weather, these will quickly cause the room temperature to become excessive. This could cause the compressor to overheat and possibility damage the coil, also make refrigerators consume large energy. 500~ 600L model usually generate 1200W heat, 900~1200L model usually generate 1800W heat and 1500~1600L model usually generate 2400W heat while running. (These figures are approximate) In addition to ventilation in a room, please ensure that refrigerator placed at the top of the refrigeration system have 500mm distance between top of refrigerator and the ceiling for engineer access and ventilation. For all other refrigerators please ensure a minimum adequate distance of 50mm is provided around the unit efficient and effective performance. Do not block vents by stacking boxes on top or in front of unit as this could affect performance. Leveling/Castors/Feet The refrigerator should stand level to ensure correct operation of self-closing doors and proper drainage of condensate from the evaporator. The refrigerator has assemble unified castors cannot be adjusted, therefore must be placed in the same horizontal plane. Pressed the brake of the castors down to fixed refrigerator. When you want to move the refrigerator, please remark to release the brake first. For the refrigerator with bullet foot, to strike a balance by adjusting the bottom of the foot. Mains connection Please use the professional plug with a grounding function to ensure safety. If you find any damage of plug and power cord, it is recommended to contact us to replace parts. If refrigerator is tipped over or reverse, please don t turn on the switch immediately. Put the refrigerator vertically for one hour and then turn on the switch.

Connection to main drains If installing a new refrigerator, please ensure that it is connect to main drains. Shelf capacity distribution Before you put the food into refrigerator, please open the refrigerator and reach normal operating temperature. Please keep the food evenly distributed while you store, it can ensure the cool air circulate to make the average temperature within the refrigerator. Raw and cooked foods need to be kept separate. Door lock device About some models with a door lock, it is recommended that the key be removed from lock during normal working use. This will prevent bending and breaking of the key which could result in the lock having to be replaced. Removing the key will also prevent any possibility of accident locking when the door is open. This will prevent the door from closing non-completely and will cause the interior temperature to rise. If not checked in time, may waste food.

Specific features, please refer to the controller user manual. Display code and function specification Specific features, please refer to the controller user manual. Initial operation and standby swith Specific features, please refer to the controller user manual. The controller maintenance reminder specification : Maintenance reminder light To prevent compressor overload, to remind the user timely maintenance of refrigerators, to ensure the refrigerator normal operation. When the compressor run time-out,maintennace reminder light is on, The compressor will be protected by the controller program and automatic operation, to keep the refrigerator refrigeration. When the cabinet temperature reaches the set value, the light go out automatically. The following reasons maintenance reminder light will turn on. 1.The door open frequently, cabinet temperature can not reach the set value for a long time, resulting in the long-running of the compressor. 2.Condenser dust, resulting in poor cooling effect. Please clean the condenser. 3.Plastic door seals dosed not tight, or the door is not closed. Please ensure that the door is closed, and the door seals closed tightly. If you find that door seals is damaged, please replace in time. 4.Store too much, or placed irregular obstruct cool air circulation. 5.Store high-temperature goods lead to the long-running of the compressor. Please remark do not put the high-temperature goods into cabinets! 6.Deforst not completely will obstruct the evaporation duct, lead to the long-running. Please defrost manually in time.

Figure 3

Condenser Cleaning The condenser is a part of refrigeration system and placed in the system. It need to be cleaned approximately 6 times per year or be cleaned every month while using in a dusty environment. Disconnect mains supply before staring, and use a hard brush wipe the condenser s blade vertically. Please remark do not damage the blade or introduce any dust or dirt. If there are some dust or dirt on the blade, please clean with a vacuum cleanr. Reconnect mains supply while cleaning is finished. Take care not to damage any electrical connections and cables during the removing and cleaning time. After cleaning, put all parts back in place and reconnect mains supply. The condenser cleaning of worktable series products have some different from the others series, like figure 4. The first is to loosen the screws outside the door of mechanical room, remove the door of mechanical room. The second, loosen the screws on the pallet to pull the compressor outside the mechanical room. The third, clean the compressor and the condenser easily. And the last step, installed the compressor back according to the original step. Evaporator/Drain Periodic inspection to en sure drain hole is not block. Figure 4. Break down In the event of a breakdown, please check the controller setting and fuse before calling service engineer. When you call the service engineer, please tell us the model and serial number, what write down on the nameplate. This will use all spare parts safely and legally. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
