(Refer to the Kidde In-Cabinet Suppression, Detection, Alarm and Control kits P/N 90-400XXX-X0X) 4. COMPONENTS 4.1 In-Cabinet Cylinder and Valve Assembly A. FM-200 shall be stored in a Kidde In-Cabinet series Cylinders P/N 90-4101XX-X0X. Operating pressure of the FM-200 agent shall be at 360 psig @ 70 F. B. In-Cabinet cylinder valve shall be provided with a safety rupture disc. An increase in internal pressure due to high temperature shall rupture the safety disc and allow the contents to vent before the rupture pressure of the container is reached. The contents shall not be vented through the discharge tubing and ADA s. In-Cabinet cylinder and valve assemblies shall be equipped with a pressure gauge to indicate the internal pressures. The gauge shall be an integral part of the equipment and shall be color-coded for fast referencing of pressure readings. 1. (OPTIONAL) In-Cabinet cylinder and valve assemblies shall be equipped with a supervisory pressure gauge to indicate a trouble at the control panel, if the internal pressure of the cylinder has fallen below 305 psig. C. The In-Cabinet Agent cylinder shall be provided with a quick releasing bracket, capable of securing the cylinder and valve in place to insure correct orientation of siphon tube regardless of Horizontal or Vertical orientation. D. Cylinder Valve must be capable of pneumatic actuation to release contents of cylinder. E. Local/Manual operation of cylinder using lever is not recommended.
