The indicator light will illuminate in red when the steam mop is plugged in, then turn to green after ten seconds. When it turns green it is ready to steam.

8 NOTE: Upon first use of the steam mop or first use after refilling the water tank, the pump may make a knocking sound. This is normal and should only last a few seconds. While in use, the pump will continue to make a soft knocking sound. This is also normal. With the proper attachments attached correctly the user may begin steaming by pulling and holding the trigger. Accessories Your steam mop is designed to clean hard flooring such as ceramic tile, vinyl, laminate, marble, stone and sealed hard wood floors. Use of your steam mop on waxed or some unwaxed floors may result in a diminished glossiness. The steam mop is not for use on unsealed wood floors. For best results test in an inconspicuous area and check the care instructions from your flooring manufacturer. Plug the unit in and wait 10 seconds. Begin cleaning by slowly passing over surface while pressing the steam on demand trigger to emit steam as needed. To sanitize an area of your floor, (attack invisible germs and bacteria) place the Steam mop over the spot for a minimum 15 seconds using continuous steam, but no longer than 20 seconds using continuous steam. For larger areas, overlap swivel head placement. When the steam mop stops emitting steam, unplug the unit. Simply remove the water tank, refill, and continue cleaning. Cleaning Carpets & Rugs with the Carpet Glider Attachment. When the LED light turn red to green, to produce steam squeeze the trigger in short bursts. Do not hold the trigger continuously to prevent over wetting floors. Move the steam mop slowly backwards and forwards across the floor paying particular attention to high traffic areas. Squeeze/release trigger as required. Carpet glider should only be used when refreshing carpets and may not be effective at removing difficult stains. The Concentration Nozzle & Adapter Tool (too1 #1) has to be added to any of the attachments in order for that attachment to work.

9 Use of the Accessories Floor Attachment (tool # 12) - The floor attachment on hard floor surfaces should be used with the Floor Mop Pad (#4 on the tool list above) on all hard floor surfaces. It is also required for any of the other accessories to attach to the steamer. Corner Attachment Nozzle (tool #2) The Corner Attachment Nozzle is designed for those hard to reach places. If the user needs to clean something that is a hard angle that is what this attachment is designed for. Scrapper Attachment (tool #3) - The Scrapper Attachment is designed to scrape up those difficult to remove objects. It is commonly used for cleaning stove tops, gum or removing wallpaper. Carpet Glider Attachment (tool # 5) The Carpet Glider Attachment is used to steam or clean carpet and rugs. Snap it on over the Floor Attachment (tool #12) and use it to clean carpet and rugs. Window Track & Tile Attachment (tool #6) The Window Track & Tile Attachment has many uses. It can be used to scrub and clean tile grout, window tracks, and other hard to clean areas. Nylon Brush Attachment (tool #7) - The Nylon Brush Attachment is a multi purpose brush designed for more delicate cleaning surfaces. It can be used for many cleaning projects and is one of the most used tools.
