BWR300- Bruce Washing System Consisting of a double deck or triple deck washing screen and filter (trash screen). HOPPERS & BELT FEEDERS BRUCE Hoppers & Belt Feeders are designed for feeding large quantities of bulk material evenly and consistently into crushing, washing or screening plants. The Belt Feeder is equipped with closely spaced idlers or impact modules for minimum spillage. Rugged variable speed drive unit provides a large variation of feed rates to meet the toughest applications. The feeders are driven by twin electric motors with an option of variable feed control. BELT AND STACKING CONVEYORS BRUCE Belt Conveyors are of a heavy-duty lattice design. Belt tensioning is achieved by either screw tensioners or by gravity take-up units. The conveyors meet the ISO safety requirements and can be fitted with single or double walkways. Belts can be covered with folded galvanized steel covers and polyurethane belt-scrapers can be fitted if required. VIBRATING GRIZZLIES BRUCE Grizzlies have an extremely robust fabricated design double or triple stepped decks. Power is supplied by heavy duty vibrating motors eliminating separate shafts, bearings, drive belts etc. VIBRATING SCREENS BRUCE Vibrating Screens are designed to have a high screening efficiency with the additional advantage of requiring a minimum of maintenance.
