A: BATCH MIXER HORIZONTAL BATCH MIXER 450 / 900L For mixing dry raw materials. The portioned mixture components are put into the mixer and are mixed together intensively for several minutes. The batch mixer is built horizontally with special mixing apparatus for gentle and quick mixing of the components. With the exception of the driving parts, completely made of rust free stainless steel. Cover to be opened with safety guard for manual charging of small components. Total volume: Effective volume: approx. 450 / 900 litres approx. 350 / 600 litres

B: CONTINUOUS MOISTURISER CONTINUOUS MOISTURISER HORIZONTAL Horizontal cylinder mixer for continuous mixing of solid, fluid and pasty components up to 35 % maximum moisture content. The filling level and mixing/shear intensity can be set by means of a newly developed, adjustable discharge flap. All mixing parts can be easily removed for cleaning purposes CONTINUOUS MOISTURISER MAIZE B Vertical tube-mixer for continuous moisturisation of grit-shaped raw-materials (particle size 0-200 micrometer < 5 %) up to a moisture content of 20 % (e.g. maize grits). Due to the small process volume of about 3 litres and the high mixer revolutions a homogenous raw material mixing is obtained to be directly passed on into the extruder. When changing the dosing and moisturisation the reaction time varies corresponding to throughput between 25-50 seconds. The complete mixing device as well as the housing can be dismantled for easy cleaning.

C: EXTRUDER TURBO EXTRUDER 640 To extrude various raw-material mixes, by involving the physical processes of shearing and homogenising, alongwith consequent increase in the mass temperature and various accompanying structural changes in the components, with the aim of instantizing the mass and forming it into an expanded, porous structured "extrudate". Nominal production capacity: 80-150 kg/hr raw-extrudate. Capacity would vary, depending on the raw materials used and the form to be produced.

C: EXTRUDER TURBO EXTRUDER 9250 To extrude various raw-material mixes, by involving the physical processes of shearing and homogenising, alongwith consequent increase in the mass temperature and various accompanying structural changes in the components, with the aim of instantizing the mass and forming it into an expanded, porous structured "extrudate". Nominal production capacity: 200-400 kg/hr raw-extrudate. Capacity would vary, depending on the raw materials used and the form to be produced.

C: EXTRUDER TURBO EXTRUDER 1200 To extrude various raw-material mixes, by involving the physical processes of shearing and homogenising, alongwith consequent increase in the mass temperature and various accompanying structural changes in the components, with the aim of instantizing the mass and forming it into an expanded, porous structured "extrudate". Nominal production capacity: 350-650 kg/hr raw-extrudate. Capacity would vary, depending on the raw materials used and the form to be produced.

D: COMBINATION DRIER/COATER COMBINATION DRIER/COATER Drum combination arranged one on top of the other consisting of: A Application drum for the application of various taste and aroma giving materials. The special drum profile offers the following main advantages:! optimal rolling of the product for uniform coating! minimum possible friction/damage of the extrudates Special transferring unit in the following roaster/drier drum B Infrared roaster/drier drum with electro quartz radiation elements, continuously adjustable in the radiation intensity/wave length. The radiation elements are provided with a real gold reflection layer for an optimal radiation beam concentration and getting a high efficiency. F: COOLING DRUM COOLING DRUM For cooling down the hot extruded product ready for packaging during the production of cereals and for grinding during the production of baby food and instant soups. G: COATING MASS PREPARATION COATING MASS PREPARATION For preparing the application suspensions. For Snacks: For Cereals: For Baby Food: For Instant Soups: Spicy/fat suspension, peanut paste, hazelnut cream, etc. Honey, sugar, fruit syrup, chocolate Milk powder, sugar, fruit-/vegetable suspension Vegetable/spice/fat masses. Kettle combination consisting of two sturdy, approx. 300 litres total volume, movable stainless steel kettles with indirect, electric heating via special thermo-fluid. Kettle I is equipped with a special fast mixer and, for emptying, with a stainless steel immersed pump. The application mass is produced in this kettle. The ingredients like vegetable fat, ground peanuts, spices, salt; or vegetable fat, chocolate powder, powder sugar etc. are weighed and then put in the kettle and intensively suspended with the help of the fast stirrer. After the preparation, the mass is then pumped with the stainless steel immersed pump into kettle II. The kettle II acts as a reservoir for the special dosing pump installed there. It is at the same time equipped with a stirrer, which has the function of holding the suspended particles and the spices in a state of suspension in the mass. H: COEXTRUSION COEXTRUSION DIE Newly developed die system for the production of 6 product strands simultaneously. Including different shape sets and filling tubes according to the product specification. FILLING MASS PUMP Pumping system for highly viscose filling masses, consisting of 3 special pumps connected to each other, each with a separate, continuously adjustable D.C. Drive. The pumps are mounted, together with the switchboard, on a movable, stainless steel frame. The reserve container holds approx. 150 litres filling mass. EMBOSSING MACHINE For the manufacture of filled and unfilled products as for example hearts, almond shapes and triangles. Alternatively two, four or six product strands are formed at the same time with the shaping rollers. The drive is continuously variable by a frequency controlled A.C.gear motor.

FLAT BREAD I: PULLING AND CALIBRATING BELT For controlled pulling of the strands, with exchangable pressure and calibrating rollers. Side centering of the products by means of adjustable teflon runners. L: CUTTING MACHINE FOR FLAT BREAD Rotary cutting machine for pulling and cutting of extrudate strips. Maximum product thickness 20 mm. The cutting/pinching process rungs continuously with the product speed. Thereby, it is possible to get a very nice and splinterless separation of the extrudate strip into pieces. By replacing the complete cutter roller, it is possible to cut product lengths in steps from 60 mm to 160 mm. Continuously variable DC motor, which can be coupled with the following machine with the help of electronic systems.
