Warewash Program TriMark Marlinn Warewash Service Policy The goal of TriMark Marlinn s warewash program is to provide excellent products and service to attain outstanding results at very competitive prices. Service is provided to ensure correct processing of dishware, linen, and surface cleaning, as well as proper mechanical/chemical action and sanitation compliance. We provide quality chemicals, equipment and service to make our warewash customers appreciate the value and results obtained from using TriMark. Preventative maintenance will be provided on a regular basis. A written service report will be provided for each service call and will list any possible problems and the repairs or recommendations made. Operator procedure charts (in English and Spanish) will be posted and operator training provided. Listed below are some of the routine service checkpoints that assure proper procedures, results and sanitation from your warewashing operation: Calibrate chemical concentrations to the proper range. Check and regulate wash and rinse temperatures. Check for proper wash and rinse pressure and make needed adjustments where possible. Clean mineral deposits from rinse jets and check for proper spray patterns. Check rinse and fill valves for proper operation. We will repair valve if possible. Remove excess mineral build-up from dishmachine interior. Check drain valves and O-rings for leaks. Check pumps for leaks, make possible repairs or recommend service agencies. Check wash water make-up for proper calibration where applicable. Check dishmachine and pre-rinse areas for any malfunctions and repair or notify management of needed repairs. 2

Our service team s vans are equipped with parts and tools for rapid repair. Any repairs made by TriMark Marlinn service personnel are provided to the customer at no charge for labor. Any party used to make the appropriate repairs on customer owned dishmachines will be billed to the customer through TriMark Marlinn. Service personnel are equipped with cellphones for virtually instantaneous customer contact should an emergency arise. Emergency service is available 24 hours, 365 days per year.
