With CeboArt Stucco the real effect of ancient Stucco Veneziano can be easily obtained, to achieve elegant and timeless decorations. Surface treatment It is possible to apply CeboArt Stucco on substrates such as gypsum plaster, lime or cement based fine renders. Ensure that the substrates are perfectly clean and dry, with uniform aspect and absorption. CeboFix R: pigmented, breathable fixative, containing fine quartz sands. Apply one coat of CeboFix R with a short hair woollen roller. In case of rough or irregular substrates apply CeboFondo smooth render, when CeboFix R is completely dry. CeboArt Stucco application cycle Apply CeboArt Stucco in three coats with a stainless steel trowel. On the prepared and dry surface apply a sufficient quantity of product to attain a smooth layer. When the first coat is completely dry (after about 6-8 hours) apply the second coat with a stainless steel trowel or blade to create the desired decoration, then smooth the surface perfectly. In the third coat apply a small quantity of product, slightly softened, removing the excess; before the product dries completely, polish the entire surface with the same trowel. EcoCera: water based, natural wax for interiors based on beeswax and Marseille soap to increase the natural brightness of the surfaces, giving at the same time water repellence. Carefully mix the product. Should it appear too dense, dilute with 5% of warm water. Apply EcoCera only when CeboArt Stucco is completely dry. Use a synthetic sponge avoiding excess of product; polish the surface with a woollen cloth within 30-40 minutes. CeboGlam: decorative finish for interiors, based on mineral waxes and precious metallic pigments. CeboGlam creates a shiny and metallic glaze to increase splendour and charm of CeboArt Stucco finishes, providing the surfaces with water repellent and washable properties. CeboGlam on CeboArt Stucco application cycle Apply two coats of CeboArt Stucco with a stainless steel trowel in a uniform layer. The first coat must be dry before the application of the second coat (6-8 hours). The resulting surface must be smooth but not polished. On CeboArt Stucco, perfectly dry and dust-free, apply the first coat of CeboGlam with stainless steel trowel in crossed movements to create the desidered decoration. Wait for the first coat of CeboGlam to dry (4-6 hours) and apply the second coat with the same technique. CeboArt Pozzolano can be applied on all types of support as long as suitably prepared, it allows to obtain prestigious surfaces with a typical spotted effect to repropose the antique marble finishes. CeboArt Pozzolano is also the ideal product to recreate the texture and veins of the famous stone of ancient Rome. Surface treatment CeboFix R: water based, acrylic, pigmented fixative containing fine quartz sands. Carefully clean the substrate and apply one coat of product, with a short hair woollen roller. Apply CeboArt Pozzolano when CeboFix R is completely dry. Application cycle for the travertino effect Apply one coat of CeboArt Pozzolano with a stainless steel trowel in a homogeneous thickness of 1-2 mm. When the product is still humid decorate the surface with the specific tool CeboSign (cod. A/35) to recreate the typical veins of travertino stone. To obtain an even more natural look, the pattern must be irregular and discontinuous. If you want to reproduce the marble slab effect, carve the surface with a punch. Before the product is completely dry, smooth the surface with the trowel, slightly pressing the areas in relief. Should the product be too dry, wet the trowel with clean water. CeboTech: water based, acrylic, colourless, protective coating, resistant to atmospheric agents. It can be tinted to obtain a dichromatic and natural effect. Colour CeboTech in the two tones indicated on the Colour Card for each one of the samples presented, then dilute the product in a ratio of 1:4 with water. When CeboArt Pozzolano is perfectly dry, apply the first colour of CeboTech with a synthetic sponge. The second colour must be applied when the first is completely dry, in the same way. CeboRustik Cebotech 227 on CeboRustik white applied and decorated with stainless steel trowel Cebotech 247 on CeboRustik white, applied, ripped and smoothed with stainless steel trowel CeboRustik High build decorative coating, based on slaked lime, with excellent characteristics of breathability and resistance to moulds and bacteria. It can be applied in low, medium and high thickness without crack formation and it has remarkable filling properties. CeboRustik may be used on all types of substrate, as long as suitably prepared, and it lends itself to many effects; on the inside, combined with the natural coloured wax CeboFlos, it consents to obtain rustic decorative finish in imitation of ancient plasters. When used on the outside, CeboRustik must be coated with a layer of CeboTech, acrylic colourable protective finish. Surface treatment CeboFix R: water based, acrylic, pigmented fixative, containing fine quartz sands. Carefully clean the substrate and apply one coat of product, with a short hair woollen roller. Application of CeboRustik When CeboFix R is completely dry, apply CeboRustik with a stainless steel trowel in a uniform layer on the entire surface; create the desired aesthetic finish with the same trowel or with another suitable tool (spatula, brush, or hard fibre paintbrush). It is possibile to go over the product while it s withering, in order to lightly smoothen the areas in relief. Wait until the CeboRustik is completely dry (minimum 24 hours) and proceed with the application of the chosen finish. Interior finish CeboFlos: natural water based wax, based on beeswax. CeboFlos is water-repellent and velvety to the touch. When CeboRustik is completely dry, apply CeboFlos in the chosen colour, diluted with max 10% water, with a synthetic sponge or another tool; when CeboFlos is dry, go over the surface with a soft cloth or with a glove to fix the finish and remove the excess of product. Interior and exterior finish CeboTech: water based, acrylic protective coating. It does not modify the superficial structure of the products on which it is applied and it does not alter in sensibly way the permeability of the substrates, while forming a protective layer against the atmospheric agents. When CeboRustik is completely dry, apply two coats of Cebotech in the chosen colour and diluted 1:4 with water, using a synthetic sponge. It is therefore ideal to create modern and minimalist ambiences, in all types of contexts, public or private. CeboTech finish gives depth to the aesthetical effect with a soft colour and ensures protection and water resistance to the surface without altering its permeability. Surface treatment CeboFix R: water based, acrylic, pigmented fixative containing fine quartz sands. Carefully clean the substrate and apply one coat of product with a short hair woollen roller. Application cycle for smooth CONCRETE (CEMENTO liscio) Apply with a stainless steel trowel a first coat of CeboArt Pozzolano, coloured in the shade chosen from the colour card, to create long and vertical stripes, being careful not to finish them at the same height. When the first coat is completely dry, apply a second coat in the same way. It is advisable to vary the height of the connection points in the two coats, so as to avoid unpleasant joint marks. Before the complete drying, go over with the clean trowel in order to compact and smooth the surface. It is possible to wet the trowel with water if the product is too dry. Wait for the complete drying of CeboArt Pozzolano and finish the effect with CeboTech. Application cycle for formwork CONCRETE (CEMENTO casserato) Apply with a stainless steel trowel a first coat of CeboArt Pozzolano, coloured in the shade chosen from the colour card, in an homogeneous thickness, in the horizontal sense of the formwork. Work in frames leaving extra product on the borders to simulate the junction of the forms. These flaws will determine size and shape of the formwork. It is advisable, particularly for large areas, to previously trace on the wall the design to follow. When the product is still wet, create the wood grain of the formworks using the faux-wood tool (art. A/29) being careful to spread them irregularly on the surface. Before the complete drying, smooth the product with the clean trowel, pressing lightly the parts in excess. It is possible to wet the trowel with water if the product is too dry. When it is used to realize the Craquelé effect, CeboRustik has the right thickness to enhance the characteristic drawing of the cracked surface. Its lime based composition is needed to obtain the interaction with the intermediate coat CeboBreak. The surprising effect that is generated, creates unique and inimitable environments which, depending on the chosen colour, increases the value of modern or classic furnishings. The final application of CeboTech gives depth to the aesthetical effect with a soft colour, also ensuring appropriate protection to the surface. Surface treatment CeboFix R: water based, acrylic, pigmented fixative, containing fine quartz sands. Carefully clean the substrate; proceed in colouring the product as indicated in the Colour Card, keeping in mind that the chosen shade will define the colour you see inside of the cracks. Apply CeboFix R in one coat, with a short hair woollen roller. Application cycle CRAQUELÉ CeboBreak: transparent, acrylic, intermediate breaking agent. When CeboFix R is completely dry, apply one coat of CeboBreak in crossed brush-strokes, until the surface is completely soaked; once this coat has dried, it shoud result tranlucent. CeboRustik: after minimum 4 hours and within maximum 24 hours, apply CeboRustik with a stainless steel trowel, spreading the product in a non-uniform layer, constantly varying the direction and thickness of the product. Be careful not to go over the parts just applied, to avoid compromising the final effect.
