CHARLEMONT DUBLIN 2 This city centre regeneration development consists of the redevelopment of a 5 acre site and contains a mixed use development over 5 large blocks and double basement. Page 3

The aim of this scheme is to create a high quality mixed use and mixed tenure neighbourhood which the city council wants to integrate into the social, economic and physical fabric of the city The initial phase is to develop and hand over to the to the council, 79 apartments, associated basement and turnkey community centre. The remainder of the site is to be developed for residential, commercial and retail use aimed at the private market. Page 5
The overall development incorporates 61,000 m2 of new construction including double level basement, office, residential and retail uses. Ffrench Mullen House apartment block is currently under construction and is due to be completed in Q4 of 2017. Page 6

Cumberland House was a challenging project. It was fast tracked over a period of 11 months to meet the incoming tenant s requirements. The proposed works included for internal structural demolitions new reception canteen extensions on ground floor complete building refurbishment of the Shell and Core Cat A and Cat B fit out Page 13
This building and fit-out has secured LEED Platinum-level certification for a Repurposed Building. The award makes this Dublin premises one of the few office buildings in Ireland to achieve this highest LEED certification. Page 14

The works comprise of 11,000 m2 fit-out to eight floors of the existing building. The works included for demolition works, new glazed and solid partitions, new ceilings, new floor finishes, painting walls, columns and ceilings, new breakout spaces, new canteen and tea stations, new specialist joinery, furniture, appliances and mechanical & electrical works. AVOCA DUNBOYNE, CO. MEATH Avoca Dunboyne is the retailers 12th store and the largest and most ambitious to date. Page 27

Avoca, which was aquired by US catering group Aramark, currently operates the café and luxury goods retail stores from 12 locations in Ireland. Avoca employs over 800 people currently. The new fit-out and refurbishment works is to the highest standards. The location attracts consumers from west Dublin, Meath, Kildare and beyond. The new store is situated on a site that was formerly home to Plantagen Garden Centre. Page 29
Refurbishment, extension and fit-out to an existing 4,100m2 unit. The works include the removal of existing fit-out and includes installation of various retail, display and concession areas such as foodhall, butchers, bakery, healthcare, retail space, toilets, office, accommodation etc. The works also include upgrading of existing facades, new mechanical and electrical installations and all associated siteworks.
