The silicone rubber or Teflon insulated heating cables are sewed firmly in an infrared absorbing layer which can make the temperature of the hot side more uniform. The digital thermostat with timer ensures consistent heating which will prevent under & overheating your material, a thermal protector of 95 (203 ) is built in blanket for protecting the blanket in case thermostat fails, and the

1. This standard IBC heater is suitable for IBC/Tote containers with outer perimeter of 4400mm to 4900mm. For non-standard IBC/Tote containers, we can manufacture on requirement, such as sizes, watts, service temperature etc. 2. Thermal-insulated jacket/or lid for IBC/Tote containers can be supplied upon request. 3. Heating time is about 50Hr.s for 1000L water from 15º C to 50º C with our standard IBC/Tote blanket heater and insulation lid.
Instruction for Digital Temperature Controller (Thermostat) 1. Specification(Type: 118KJ): 1) Input & Output: 110V AC or 220AC; 2) Maximum current 10A, with relay mode. 3) The set temperature range: 10 ~ 75, the displayed real temperature range: -40~99.9. 4) Timing range: 0.0~ 99 hours. 5) Having automatic heating, keep temperature and timing function. 6) There are three buttons on the controller: Power (ON/OFF); Timing (up arrow), which is "Timer Set button or "plus" button("+"); and Temperature setting (down arrow) which is "Temp Set button or "minus" button ("-"). 7) Push the button of ON/OFF for 2 seconds, the controller start to work, if pushing it again for 2 seconds, the controller will be shutdown. 8) After entering its work, the controller firstly runs its self-checking program (may not display), and then flashes "the set temperature" 3 time (for1.5 seconds), then flashes "the set timing" 3 times (for 1.5 seconds), and finally displays real-time temperature. 2. Working mode 1) Under its work mode, it displays real-time temperature, for example 37.2 ; 2) When heating (i.e. the output loading), "Temp set" indicator is on, otherwise this indicator is off. 3) The default of its temperature sensitivity 1, which means if the set temperature is 38.6, when temperature is higher than 38.6,its power is off (stop heating), when temperature is below 37.6,its power is on(start heating). 4) If the timer is on, "Timer Set" indicator lights; if the timer is shutdown, "Timer Set" indicator is off.

How to set temperature of thermostat Pushing the "Temp Set" button for 2 seconds, the controller enters into its "temperature setting mode", flashes a set temperature, immediately pushing "Timer Set (up arrow) to increase the set temperature or pushing "Temp Set (down arrow) to decrease the set temperature for setting your thermostat s temperature, plus or minus 0.1 for each pushing; when no operation on all buttons is for 5 seconds, the set temperature is confirmed. The temperature range for setting is 10.0~75.0. 4. How to check the set temperature of thermostat Push "Temp Set" button, the controller will display the set temperature" 3 times (for 1.5 seconds), and then back to display the real-time temperature. I In the flashing period, if you push Timer Set" button, it ll switch to display remaining time for heating". 5. How to set Timer Push "Timer Set" button for 2 seconds, the controller enters into "timer setting mode", flashing the set time last time, immediately pushing "Timer Set (up arrow) for plus or "Temp Set (down arrow) for minus to re-set its timing, every push will lead 1 hour of increment or decrement on the set time. The set time of thermostat will be displayed as t0.0, t6.0, t10, t99 etc. The setting time will be confirmed, if there is no operation of buttons in 5 seconds. The time range for Timer: t0.0 (without timing) and t1.0~ T99 (1 to 99 hours). 6. How to check the remaining time for Timer Push "Timer Set" button, the remaining time* will be flashed 3 times (1.5 seconds), and then back to display the real-time temperature. In flashing process, if you press the "Temp Set" button, it will switch to display the set temperature. *how to read the remaining time: for more than 10 hours, such as t12, it means the remaining time is 12 hours; for less than 10 hours, such as t6.2, it means the remaining time is 6 hours and 20 minutes. If you want to read "the set time, firstly you must enter its "timer setting mode". 7. The real-time temperature display
The real time display temperature will be updated 1 times in1 seconds. The displayed real-time temperature range is -40~99.9, when the temperature is below zero temperature, it will display negative, such as -19. acquisition: 10 times in one second. In any setting mode, such as "temperature setting mode", "timer setting mode", "parameter setting mode", "restore factory settings mode", "ON/OFF" button does not respond to shutdown. In the process of checking "set temperature" or "remaining time", also "ON/OFF" button does not respond to shutdown. The type of the temperature sensor: NTC, 10K ; accuracy, ± 1%; B-value: 3950. 10. Memory function Keeping memory for each setting;. When power is on again, both the last set temperature and the last set timer will be kept on, but ignoring the remaining time, and re-start timing. 11. Error code displaying Er1 : detecting the temperature range of the temperature sensor, a short circuit or temperature below -40, Er.1 will be displayed;. Er2 : detecting the temperature range of the temperature sensor, the circuit opening or temperature is higher than 99.9, Er.2 will be displayed; Er3 : "ON/OFF button or "Timer Set" button (up arrow) or "Temp Set" button (down arrow) is in failure, Er.3 will be displayed. Notes: Only the detected temperature is within the specified range, the load will be output. If displaying any error, the output load must be closed.
