is the creator and developer of the www.catchsmoker.com aka www.nickateen.com web site. Conventional Smoke Detectors do not reliably detect cigarette smoke. Conventional smoke detectors simply are insensitive to low levels of smoke. Bathrooms are generally well ventilated and cigarette smoke is not easily detected. Many smokers have smoke alarms in their homes and their sensors do not detect them smoking. The Stealth systems we offer detect the UV (ultraviolet light) from the match or cigarette lighter at the moment the smoker lights up. We don't detect smoke! We detect smokers lighting up! It's not a Cigarette Smoke Detector but a Cigarette Lighting Up Detector! We see the flame! We detect the ultraviolet light present in the flame of a cigarette lighter or match. We are fast, efficient and accurate. We "SEE" the problem! We are cost effective! We offer: Covert and Overt Sensors Wired and Wireless Configurations Quiet or LOUD annunciators Annunciators with a bright flashing strobe light With or Without Pagers The sensor uses a UV detector which is solar blind, by that we mean that sunlight does not cause or contribute to false alarms. In fact, this technology has been in use for many years in fire detection systems at oil refineries and other outdoor applications where the sensors are outside looking at potential sources of fire such as valves, pipe joints and flanges. The flame from these outdoor sources sometimes invisible to the naked eye is detected by this type of sensor and cause alarms and sometimes automatic quenching systems to extinguish fires. The use of this UV Detection technology to detect the action of someone lighting up a cigarette is unique to this product. Page of 5

SENSOR OPTIONS Each sensor is available with several output configurations. Sensors are normally mounted in bathrooms and perhaps meeting areas and the sensors need a clear view of the areas where the smoker may be lighting up. One sensor can typically look down into two or three bathroom stalls. We are assuming a ceiling height of 8-9 feet and the stall wall heights to be 5-6 feet. These sensors once triggered transmit via wire or via wireless to local alarms or remote alarm receivers connected to paging systems. The paging system allows hall monitors to wander freely and receive notification on their pager that a particular bathroom has an alarm. The local alarms are typically a horn, strobe or horn/strobe combination. There are several sensor style options: Photo Description VP-5200 Series Sensor which looks like a conventional home smoke alarm. This sensor has excellent look down capability but is limited somewhat in it s ability to look around VP-7400 Series Ceiling mounted sensor. This model has the best look down and look around capability of all. It is our most popular sensor. VP-7600 Series Ceiling mounted Fake Sprinkler. This does need some space above the ceiling and works well in areas with drop-ceilings. VP-7800 Series Ceiling mounted Fake Speaker. Like the 7600 series, this item does need some space above the ceiling and works well in areas with drop-ceilings. VP-7900 Series Ceiling mounted Fake Air Vent. Like the 7600 series, this item does need some space above the ceiling and works well in areas with drop-ceilings. VP-7700 Series Covert Fake wall mounted deodorizer. This works well in small single commode bathrooms with perhaps a sink and a urinal but no stall. It also works well in staff rooms or other areas where the unit can look over the room. Page 2 of 5

Each one of the sensors comes in five different flavors. That is to say that they can have wired or wireless output with different flavors of each Model Suffix 0 as in VP-740 20 as in VP-5220 30 as in VP-7730 40 as in VP-7440 50 as in VP-7450 Model Description BATTERY OPERATED (no wiring needed) sensor with long range wireless output to interface with the paging system or Stealth Receiver. In optimal conditions this type of sensor can be mounted up to 000 feet from the receiver. We also offer repeaters which can be mounted at strategic locations to increase the distance between the sensors and the wireless receiver. Each transmitter is coded so that the receiver system can tell the user which bathroom has the alarm. Buzzer/Alarm Output, again BATTERY OPERATED. This unit alarms locally and has an alarm sound similar to that of a home smoke detector. BATTERY OPERATED (no wiring needed) sensor with short range wireless output. Under ideal settings the annunciator strobe or horn can be mounted up to 00 ft away from the sensor. We recommend that this distance be 20 ft to 50 ft in typical applications as concrete walls do attenuate the signal. The transmitters are again coded and are typically paired with an annunciator so that alarms from the Him or Her bathrooms can be segregated. 2V DC (Externally Powered) with Relay contact closure output. These can be wired into existing alarm panels or coupled with our wired annunciators such as our Horn, Strobe or Horn/Strobe combination unit. The annunciators we offer provide the 2V power needed for the sensors. Multiple sensors can be daisy chained to allow many sensors to trigger one annunciator if needed. 2 VDC (Externally Powered) with internal buzzer/alarm similar to the 20 above Sensor $359.00 $39.00 Page 3 of 5

ANNUNCIATOR / RECEIVER OPTIONS We have two basic receiver/annunciator options: Local alarms where a horn, strobe or horn/strobe combination unit is placed in the hall outside (sometimes inside) each bathroom. These devices alert a passersby as well as the offender that a smoker has been detected. These systems normally include a 30 second delay between the detection of the flame and the alarm. Using this technique, the offender cannot easily determine what caused the alarm. He believes it was the smoke being detected. Model VP-R630 (Wireless) VP-R640 (Wired) VP-R730 (Wireless) VP-R740 (Wired) VP-R830 (Wireless) VP-R840 (Wired) Local Alarm Annunciators Wired or wireless horn. These require 0V power and the wired model provides 2 V to the collocated sensor. Wired or Wireless Strobe. These require 0V power and the wired model provides 2 V to the collocated sensor. Wired or wireless combination horn/strobe. These require 0V power and the wired model provides 2 V to the collocated sensor. $49.00 $99.00 $59.00 $09.00 $99.00 $69.00 Remote alarms which typically alert hall monitors or staff that a smoker has been detected. This is done with a belt mounted pager identifying which bathroom has the alarm. Since each bathroom is on a different code and the pager displays the code of the bathroom with the offender. Model VP-765 VP-FA570 VP-Page-T Remote Alarm Descriptions Long range receiver. It can be mounted up to 000 ft away from the sensors (ideal conditions). The Standard model receives sixteen different codes from sensors whose part numbers end in 0 Repeater to extend the range of the VP-765 above. Repeaters may be needed in large installations. Stealth paging transmitter which is driven by (connected to) the VP-765 and can transmit to belt mounted pagers up to a mile away. The VP-Page-T comes with one pager and additional pagers are $00.00 each. $799.00 $399.00 $399.00 Page 4 of 5

Local Alarm cost. When one chooses the local alarm option. A wireless pair of one VP-R630 (Wireless Horn) and any one of the sensors whose part numbers end in 30 the cost per bathroom is $49.00 (Annunciator) $349.00 (Sensor) for a total of $498.00 per washroom (assuming one sensor) Using the same layout as above but in a wired configuration of VP-R640 and any of the sensors whose part numbers end in 40, the associated costs are $99.00 (Wired Horn Annunciator) and (Sensor) for a total of $408.00 per washroom. Remote Alarm typical cost The table below will give the reader an idea of the typical cost of a system with six long-range sensors. Qty Description Sensors with high power RF transmitter models VP- XX0. The sensors whose part numbers end in "0" are 6 the high power (approx 000' range) devices. These units silently transmit to the VP-765 below. VP-765 - Multi Channel Receiver. This unit receives coded signals from the sensors in the various washrooms and either issues local alarm and lights an LED or sends the bathroom number to the VP-Page-T below. VP-FA570 Multi Channel repeater, centrally mounted to optimize the system. This may not be required if the bathrooms are in close proximity to the main receiver. VP-Page-T - Paging transmitter. Interfaced with the VP- 765 above. Includes one VP-Pager. VP-Pager (One pager is included above) typically a second pager is needed so that one male and one female teacher/administrator can receive alarms independently. Unit Price Total $359.00 $2,094.00 $799.00 $799.00 $399.00 $399.00 $399.00 $399.00 $00.00 $00.00 Total price $3,85.00 Page 5 of 5
