Temperature rise is the temperature difference between air entering and exiting the furnace. The higher the temperature rise the greater the warmth of the air when it enters your home. If the heat exchanger fails within 10 years from the date of installation, we will provide a replacement furnace*. CHB/CDB Series Ideal choice to improve ef iciency from a traditional 80% chimney vented furnace. Ef iciency Ultra quiet burners designed to operate quietly, ef iciently and consistently. Incorporates a burner vestibule enclosure into its design to isolate burner combustion noise. The industries best 16-gauge #409 stainless steel provides a lifetime of durability, high ef- iciency heat transfer and high 70 temperature rise. 29-4C Stainless Steel Secondary Heat Exchanger includes stainless steel collector box. Comfort Multi-speed Direct Drive Blower Motors (CHB/CDB). Allows the installer to select the proper blower speeds for quiet operation. A wider wheel, built and balanced for whisper quiet reliable operation. Air conditioning ready. Premiere Series - CHX/CDX The Premiere 2-stage 90+ furnace has all of the bene its of the single stage 90+ furnaces CHB/CDB, plus additional comfort and energy savings features below. Two Stage Gas Valve Operates at two iring rates. The irst, or lower rate, is designed to provide heat on the mild days when a single stage furnace may be too large. This provides a more even heating cycle. The second stage operates only when needed to overcome colder conditions. Provides lower gas consumption because the furnace will operate at low ire 70-80% of the time. Variable Speed ECM Direct Drive Blower In inite fan motor speeds provide quieter start up, greater ef iciency, and more comfortable operation. Delivers the correct amount of air low in both the heating and cooling modes. On a call for heat/cooling the blower motors starts at a slower speed and builds to the correct running speed. Provides signi icant electrical cost reduction. The ECM blower system uses approximately 1/3 of the energy as compared to traditional motors. Is improving your indoor air quality important to you? The ECM motor will allow for reduced speed during constant fan operation for air iltration, improved indoor air quality and even room temperatures. The ECM variable speed blower motor adjusts to compensate for less than perfect duct applications and/or dirty ilters ( ilters should be cleaned or replaced on a regular basis).
