The robust and reliable components are fitted in separat power and water sections. Easy access to the steam cylinder and the hinged electronics/control moduls permits rapid, cost-saving installation and simple unit maintenance. High operating reliability A scale collector container is fitted below the stainless steel steam cylinder. The scale management system specific to the unit ensures that minerals precipitated during operation are continuously removed from the steam cylinder, fall into the scale collector container and are collected there. Condair GS Consultant: Steam generation employing the most efficient and environmentally-friendly method The solution: Condair GS,maximum benefit from ecological energy Regardless of which energy is used to generate steam, the quantity required remains the same. It is therefore necessary to utilise the most efficient energy if cost-effective humidification is to be achieved. Gas not only offers a unique cost-benefit ratio, but is also the best energy source from an environmental point of view. Worldwide use of natural and ecological gas is growing at a rapid rate. The efficiency of the latest generation of gas-fired steam generators from Condair has once more been considerably increased in this respect. Innovative The newly-developed 360 full circle technology employed in the combustion system ensures low emissions and enables continuous performance control from as low as 10 kg/h steam output. The thoroughly new design of the chambered heat exchanger achieves a thermal efficiency of over 90%. Safe An automatic operation control with integrated ionisation monitoring and a fault detection system with safety shutdown ensure that operation of the Condair GS is completely safe. OptiSorp Consultant: Precarious spatial conditions make the planning of humidification more difficult. The OptiSorp system with its extremely short humidification distance is the answer for us. The OptiSorp multiple steam distribution system was developed for connection to all steam humidifiers from Axair, including Defensor Mk5, Condair CP2 and Condair GH. This fully satisfies the requirements of VDI 6022 and ensures uniform steam distribution over the entire duct cross-section. The steam is taken by the patented steam nozzles directly from the core flow of the individual steam distribution pipes and blown free from condensate into the air flow. The exactly defined pressure drop in the individual steam nozzles ensures a uniform steam output from all nozzles. This permits extremely short humidification distances even with higher humidification capacities. The Condair Esco steam humidification system eliminates the weak points in the steam humidification sector with a live steam supply and sets entirely new standards. The heart of the system is the complete steam connection unit with a new rotary disk valve, combined with the proven steam distribution system and patented steam nozzles. This provides an optimum system to comply with all humidification requirements of the specific installation. Design security! Condair Dual Service Technician: The absolutely hygienic operation of the Condair Dual saves us substantial servicing and maintenance costs. The new Condair Fast Fog humidifier is ideally suitable for high-efficient humidifying at low energyconsumption. It is especially designed for adiabatc-cooling of the exhaustair thanks to its high-pressure atomizing principle and resulting high humidification-efficiency of 95%. The humidifier is installed in an Airhandling-unit or an air duct. Special AxAir high-pressure nozzles generate a fine water mist. The unique watermist expansion elements patented by AxAir ensure that the water spray is uniformly introduced over a short humidifying sector in the unit cross section.
