Use and Care Filter Fr highest efficiency, this filter shuld be remved and cleaned peridically. Sak the filter in ht water and mild sap r detergent. Rinse thrughly and repeat if necessary. The filter may be cleaned in the dishwasher. Heavy grease buildup may nt be cleaned easily, thus the filter may need t be replaced. Charcal Filter Inspect this filter peridically. This filter cannt be cleaned and must be replaced. Light Bulb This mdel specifies 2 x 1W LED light bulbs. Exterir surface Wipe the range hd exterir with a sft clth and a mild detergent suitable fr painted surfaces. D NOT use abrasive materials such as steel wl pads r scuring pads. Truble Shting If any prblem ccurs, please detach the plug frm the scket and cntact Eur-Parts r a similarly qualified persn in rder t avid a hazard. Fan des nt turn n (but light turns n). This is prbably due t either a defective fan switch r a burned ut fan mtr. Bth can be replaced withut remving the range hd frm the wall r cabinet. Use an hm meter t determine which cmpnent is nt wrking. If the hm meter reads that the fan switch has 0 hms f resistance, then it is the mtr that needs t be replaced. If it reads anything ther than zer, then the switch must be replaced. Fan nly runs at nce speed. Please see abve instructins. Fan circulates air, but des nt vent utside. If air is blwing thrugh the frnt vent penings, then yur range has been installed fr ductless peratin. In rder t cnvert the system t vent utside, a technician must install ductwrk frm the range hd thrugh either an utside wall r the rf. If air is nt blwing frm the frnt vent penings, check inside the cabinet abut the range hd. If yu see a duct leading away frm the vent hd, then yu have a system that vents t the utdrs. If yu d nt see a duct, yur unit may be venting thrugh the back wall. 13 P age
Light des nt turn n (but fan turns n). This culd be because the bulb has burned ut. Try replacing the light bulb. If the light still des nt wrk, either the light switch r the lamp-hlder scket is defective. Bth can be replaced withut remving the range frm the wall r cabinet. Range hd des nt turn n at all. Check fr a tripped circuit breaker r a blwn fuse, since the range hd is wired directly t yur husehld electrical system. NOTE: All wrk must be perfrmed by a qualified licensed technician. 14 P age
