Uneltele electrice genereaza scantei care pot aprinde aceste materiale. Nu lasati copii sau persoanele neautorizate in zona de lucru. Distragerea atentiei poate cauza pierderea controlului uneltei. Masuri de siguranta a echipamentului in exploatare ATENTIE! Verificati intotdeauna ca tensiunea de alimentare sa corespunda cu cea inscrisa pe placuta uneltei. Nu rasuciti cablul electric de alimentare al uneltei electrice! Nu trageti de cablul electric pentru a scoate din priza unealta electrica. Tineti cablul electric de alimentare a masinii la distanta fata de sursele de caldura, de petele de ulei, de grasimi, de obiectele ascutite si sursele care emana caldura. Verificati stecherul si cablul electric in mod regulat si in caz de deteriorare a acestora apelati la un electrician autorizat. 2

Evitati pornirile accidentale ale uneltei.asigurati-va ca intrerupatorul este in pozitia Oprit inainte de introducerea cablului de alimentare in priza. Nu utilizati unealta in conditii de ploaie sau umiditate excesiva. Patrunderea apei in interiorul uneltei creste riscul unui scurtcircuit. Pentru utilizare in aer liber, folosiți cabluri de prelungire care sunt atestate și marcate în mod corespunzător pentru utilizarea in mediul exterior. Nu suprasolicitati unealta electrica! Masina poate fi folosita in conditii de siguranta daca sunt respectati parametrii de exploatare care o caracterizeaza. Nu utilizati unelte electrice cu un alt scop fata de cel pentru care sunt destinate. Masuri de siguranta personala Intotdeauna utilizati o imbracaminte adecvata.nu purtati haine largi sau bijuterii. Daca aveti parul lung, acesta trebuie legat. Apare riscul prinderii acestora de catre partile componente ale masinii aflate in miscare. Utilizati intotdeauna ochelari de protectie iar atunci cand lucrati in mediul exterior va recomandam sa utilizati manusi si bocanci de protectie. Intotdeauna folositi o masca de praf atunci cand in procesul de polizare se produce praf. Service Repararea trebuie realizata numai de catre personal autorizat prin inlocuirea cu accesorii si piese de schimb originale pentru a se evita producerea accidentelor datorate reparatiilor necorespunzatoare. Masuri de siguranta specifice polizorului de banc Inainte de pornirea polizorului de banc verificati daca toate suruburile si piulitele sunt bine stranse si daca pietrele de polizor se invart usor. Polizati intotdeauna numai pe partea frontala a pietrei de polizor. Nu supraincarcati polizorul electric de banc prin apasarea excesiva a piesei care trebuie polizata cauzand astfel oprirea sau blocarea pietrei de polizor. Polizorul de banc nu este conceput pentru a fi utilizat in regim continuu. Asigurati-va ca polizorul de banc sa nu fie supraincalzit. Dupa folosirea polizorului timp de 30 de minute lasati-l sa se raceasca la temperatura mediului ambiant. Polizorul de banc este dublu izolat. Aceasta inseamna ca este prevazuta cu doua tipuri complet independente de izolatie care impiedica operatorul sa intre in contact direct cu partile metalice ale cablurilor. Această măsură reprezintă un grad ridicat de protectie împotriva electrocutarilor. Domeniu de utilizare. Polizorul electric de banc utilizat în mediu uscat este o unealta combinata, pentru polizarea bruta şi fina. Unealta electrica a fost conceputa în special pentru prelucrarea şi ascutirea cutitelor, foarfecelor, daltilor etc., precum si a uneltelor cu muchii ascutite. Utilizarea pentru alte aplicatii este interzisa. NU ESTE PROIECTAT PENTRU UZ INDUSTRIAL. Parti componente: 1. Baza suport 6-7. Ecran de protectie impotriva scanteilor 2. Comutator pornit/oprit 8. ATENTIE! Trebuie folosite doar pietre de polizare care au fost testate, au inscriptionate pe ele informatii despre producator, tipul de aderenta, dimensiuni şi turatia maxima permisa. Pregatirea pentru punerea in functiune ATENTIE! Deconectati alimentarea cu energie electrica inaintea inceperii oricarei operatiuni de reglare sau intretinere Fixati bacurile suport (10) folosind suruburile furnizate (montate din fabrica pe carcasa). Asezati bacurile la o distanta care sa nu depasesca 2 mm fata de piatra de polizor. Fixati ecranele de protectie impotriva scanteilor (6) si (7) folosind suruburile livrate, peste aparatorile pietrei de polizor. Golul dintre aparatoarea de protectie (7) şi piatra de polizor nu trebuie sa depaseasca 2 mm. La fiecare utilizare a polizorului de banc, ecranul de protectie impotriva scanteilor trebuie să fie coborat. In mod obligatoriu polizorul electric trebuie sa fie fixat cu suruburi de un banc sau o masa de lucru. Lungimea suruburilor va fi determinata de grosimea tabliei bancului. Polizorul de banc trebuie fixat cu 4 suruburi în locurile destinate în baza suport (1). Polizorul este dotat cu saboti de cauciuc anti-vibratie. Cu toate acestea, se recomanda introducerea unei bucati de lemn moale intre baza suport şi banc, pentru a absorbi mai bine vibratiile. ATENTIE: vazut din fata, axul din dreapta are un filet dreapta conventional, iar axul din stânga are un filet stânga. Utilizare ATENTIE! IN CAZUL IN CARE APAR ZGOMOTE ANORMALE IN FUNCTIONARE OPRITI IMEDIAT UNEALTA SI ADRESATI-VA UNUI SERVICE AUTORIZAT PENTRU CONSTATARI SI REPARATII. Polizorul de banc este conceput pentru ascutirea uneltelor sau polizarea pieselor mici. Nu este recomandat pentru polizarea pieselor din tabla grea. Utilizaţi piatra de polizare adecvata sarcinii, piatra moale pentru metale dure / piatra dura 4

pentru metale moi. Nu polizati lemn, plastic sau aliaje uşoare (de ex. plumb) sau materiale similare, deoarece astfel se pot colmata pietrele de polizare. Protecție termică: va opri polizorul in caz de supraincalzire.este necesar un timp de racire de pana la 20-30 minute în funcție de temperatura mediului ambiant si de conditiile de funcționare. Inlocuirea pietrei de polizor Pentru schimbarea pietrei de polizor deconectati polizorul de la reteaua electrica, scoateti ecranele de protectie (6) sau (7), scoateti aparatorile (5) sau (9), iar la final desurubati piulita de fixare a pietrei de polizor.montajul se face in ordine inversa. Curatare si intretinere ATENTIE! Inainte de orice interventie asupra echipamentului, deconectati alimentarea cu energie electrica de la retea si asteptati pana cand piatra de polizor se opreste din miscare. Curatare Regulat, de preferat dupa fiecare utilizare curatati echipamentul cu o carpa moale.daca murdaria persista, utilizati o carpa umezita intr-o solutie de apa si sapun. NU utilizati solventi (ca de exemplu : petrol si derivati, alcool) intrucat acestia pot deteriora partile din plastic. Intretinere Echipamentul nostru a fost proiectat astfel incat sa poata fi utilizat pentru o perioada indelungata cu un minimum de intretinere. Veti putea obtine intotdeauna o satisfactie maxima in timpul utilizarii respectand indicatiile de mai sus. In caz contrar motorul se supraincalzeste si va fi oprit de catre sistemul de protectie termica. In timpul pauzei motorul se răceşte din nou pana la temperatura de pornire. Garantie Garantia acopera toate materialele componente si viciile de fabricatie cu exceptia,fara insa a fi limitate la: Componente uzate ca urmare a unei exploatari normale (perii colectoare, rulmenti, cabluri, etc) sau accesorii (pietre de polizor, etc..), Defecte cauzate de o exploatare, intretinere si depozitare necorespunzatoare, modificari neautorizate asupra echipamentului, costul transportului. Pagube materiale si leziuni corporale rezultate in urma exploatarii necorespunzatoare a echipamentului. Deteriorari cauzate de lichide,patrundere excesiva de praf, distrugere intentionata, utilizare inadecvata (pentru scopuri in care acest echipament nu este proiectat), etc.. IP20

Symbols In this manual and/or on the machine the following symbols are used: General power tools safety warnings Working area Keep working area clean and well lit. Electrical safety Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of electric shock. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock. Personal safety Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Using safety equipment such as a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, a hard hat, or hearing protection whenever it is needed will reduce the risk of personal injury. Avoid accidental starts. Ensure the switch is in the off position before inserting the plug. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away from the power tool. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can become entangled in the moving parts. Service Your power tool should be serviced by a qualified specialist using only standard spare parts. This will ensure that it meets the required safety standards. Specific safety instructions for bench grinder Before starting the bench grinder check all nuts and bolts are tight and if grindstones revolve easily. Always grind only on the front of the grinding wheel. Do not overload electric bench grinder by pressing excessive workpiece to be polished thus causing stopping or blocking of the grinding wheel. Bench grinder is not designed to be used continuously. Ensure that the bench grinder is not overheated. After use of the grinder for 30 minutes allow it to cool to ambient temperature. Bench grinder is double insulated. This means that it has two completely independent types of insulation that prevents the operator to enter into direct contact with the metal parts of the cables. This measure is a high degree of protection against electrocution. Application This dry grinder is a combination tool tor coarse and fine grinding. The tool was developed mainly for the machining and sharpening of knives, scissors, shears, chisels, etc. and tools with cutting edges. Alt other applications are expressly excluded. Assembly Disconnect the power plug before carrying out any adjustments or maintenance. Fit the work supports (10) using the bolts supplied (mounted on the housing in the factory). Set these work supports not more than 2mm from the grinding wheel. Fit the transparent protection screens (6), (7) using the screws supplied, over the wheel guards. The clearance between the slide (7) and the wheel must not exceed 2mm. Whenever the machine is used, the screen must be in low position. It is strongly recommended that the grinder should be bolted to a bench or work table. The length of the bolts will be determined by the thickness off the bench top. The machine must be fixed by 4 bolts in the places provided for them in the base (1). The grinder is fitted with rubber anti-vibration shoes. Nevertheless, the inclusion of a piece of soft wood between the base and the bench is recommended for better absorption of vibrations. Operation Warning: seen from in front, the shaft on the right has a right-hand (conventional) thread, and the shaft on the left a left-hand thread WARNING! IN case of any abnormal noise, immediately turn off the tool and contact an authorized service facility for repairs This machine is designed for sharpening tools or grinding small parts. It is not suitable for grinding heavy sheet metal parts. Use the appropriate grinding wheel for the job: the SOFT wheel for hard metals / the HARD wheel for soft metals. Do not grind wood, plastic, soft alloys (e.g. lead) or similar materials, as this would clog the grinding wheels. Thermal protection: stop grinder in case of overheating. Up to 20-30 minutes are required for coolin g,depending on ambient temperature and operating conditions. Changing the grinding wheel: Machine disconnected from power supply Remove the spark-guard (6) or (7) and wheel guard (5) or (9), Unscrew wheel fixing nut Withdraw the clamping flange (4) and the grinding wheel Replace the wheel and reassemble, carrying out the operations in reverse order. (Do not over tighten the nut). Cleaning and maintenance Before performing any work on the equipment, pull the power plug. and wait until the machine has come to a standstill. Cleaning Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth, preferably after each use.if the dirt does not come off use a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Maintenance Our machines have been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of 8

maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper machine care and regular cleaning. Otherwise the engine will overheat and the thermal protection will switch off the power supply. During the pause the motor will be cooled again to the operating temperature. Storage Thoroughly clean the whole machine and its accessories. Store it out of the reach of children, in a stable and secure position, in a cool and dry place, avoid too high and too low temperatures. Protect it from exposure to direct sunlight. Keep it in the dark, if possible. Don t keep it in plastic bags to avoid humidity build-up. Warranty This warranty covers all material or production flaws excluding: Defective parts subject to normal wear & tear such as bearings, brushes, cables, and plugs, or accessories ; damage or defects resulting from maltreatment, accidents or alterations; nor the cost transportation. We also disclaim all liability for any bodily injury resulting from inappropriate use of the tool. Definitely excluded from the warranty is damage resulting from fluid permeation, excessive dust penetration, intentional damage (on purpose or by gross carelessness), inappropriate usage (use for purposes for which the device is not suitable), incompetent usage (e.g. not following the instructions given in the manual), inexpert assembly, lightning strike, erroneus net voltage. This list is not exhaustive. 9
