From wall to wall and from floor to ceiling even with a cover (if the closet system doesn t reach all the way to the ceiling), or for suspended ceilings. If desired, we can produce your closet system with ceiling and side covers, depending on your individual room situation. In short: raumplus fits in every space and every niche. The sliding doors can easily be produced and installed up to a height of 3.50 metres. There are still many options for heights greater than this custom formats can be produced upon request. The interior systems fit seamlessly behind the sliding doors (thanks to the range of component sizes) and into the farthest corners of the space; this ensures that they take full advantage of the space, providing maximum storage. An overview of room situations: 1_ Built-in closet / niche_ a classic use: A small part of the room is divided off using a sliding door in front, while the interior system turns it into an organized storage space. 2_ Corner solution_ an example of the special advantages of raumplus systems, especially in corners. The sliding door allows you to access every inch of the storage space; with the help of sophisticated corner solutions, the interior systems also contribute to maximum utilization of the usable area. 3_ Walk-in closet_ the spacious variation on the built-in closet, particularly suited for use as a clothing closet. 4_ Walk-in closet / room cube_ the room-in-a-room, built-in closet solution for situations where only a part of the room can be used. 5_ Room divider_ a partitioning system for multi-use rooms especially popular in the kitchen, bedroom and home office. 6_ Sloped ceilings_ are where sliding doors really show off: A guiding track for angled doors developed specifically for use in this situation ensures a high degree of stability. The interior system transforms the space behind the doors into unlimited storage space. Regardless of the angle of the sloped ceiling or how large the space is, systems fit seamlessly into the available space. COMPARISON OF THE BOTTOM ROLLING SLIDING DOOR AND THE TOP-HUNG SLIDING DOOR AIR We have developed two ways to guide our sliding doors, the bottom rolling system and the top-hung sliding door AIR. Both systems have distinct advantages. Which version you want to have in your living space depends on the characteristics of the space itself, but is also a matter of taste. A type of sliding door without bottom tracks (see figure 4). To preserve the floor surface, in this system the ceiling track carries the weight of the sliding door (maximum of 60 kg per door). Finally, invisible guiding hardware is installed on the floor to prevent the sliding door from swinging out. The load-bearing capacity of the ceiling must be checked on-site. 3 4 Optionally, the guiding track can also be mounted on the wall or under the ceiling. COMPARISON OF SLIDING DOORS WITH ALUMINIUM FRAMES AND FRAMELESS SLIDING DOORS Sliding door is not sliding door. To give you maximum freedom of design when laying out your living spaces, we have developed three sliding door systems with different designs. 1_ Sliding door with aluminum frame_ The most flexible sliding door we offer. In addition to many different profiles and colors, we offer an enormous range of different panels made from the widest variety of materials; equally, we can include dividing rails that allow you to change the panels after installation. 2_ Sliding door with a combination of aluminum and wood frame_ The sliding door whose special design exudes a unique charm. Of course, you can also choose from a portfolio of panels with this type of sliding door. Moreover, the frame can be customized with various decorative and veneer surfaces. You can also change the panels using dividing rails. 3_ Wooden door_ It s enough to send a designer s heart into a flurry: a frameless wood-based structure with embedded dividing rails and handles and a wide range of surfaces to choose from.
