MULTIPLY FUNCTIONS TO COOK WITH PERSONALITY ELECTRIC MULTIFUNCTION OVEN The electric multifunction oven offers the opportunity to cook in several ways. The fan on the back wall is operated to circulate the heat and guarantees a rapid and homogenous cooking with the possibility to choose from a variety of programs. Cooking with the fan is also used with lower temperatures, allowing, not only a considerable energy saving, but also keeping the same principles of food nutrients. UNICA WIDE OVEN CAVITY A single oven cavity, large and spacious. The wide spaces and capacity guarantee different ways of cooking, perfect for those who want in the kitchen professionalism, experience and fast cooking with multiple shelves. HIGH PERFORMANCE COOKTOPS The cooktops of the UNICA cookers are available in a wide range combination of burners. The new Wok burners are more powerful and distribute better the flame under the pots. The grids were enlarged and reinforced to give a better stability of the pots during the use of the cooktop. The safety valves, where provided, guarantee the block of the gas supply in case the flame is accidentally extinguished.
