Antica company was founded in 1997 in Kazan Russia. The main purpose of the company is the construction of exclusive villas and houses with rich manufacturing of fronts in a variety of architectural styles Baroque, Classicism, Gothic, and others.
Throughout its activities, Antica embodied many outstanding projects, many of which can be called the true monuments of architecture. Thus, the Palace of the Ministry of Agriculture in Kazan, which was built in 2008, became an attraction of the city immediately after its completion and also gained fame outside Kazan.
Also company s portfolio includes a variety of country residences that were built in Russia and abroad.
The Harmonious combination of the magnificence of classics and modern standards that is the main feature of the original artistic architectural solutions realized by our Company. Architecture should be memorable, but at the same time it should be comfortable and functional. It should not leave a person indifferent.
Antica has a lot of talented professionals and unlike many other companies it performs complete cycle of works from the sketch to the construction realization. The company has its own production facility producing small scale of architectural forms and elements of moulded decoration. Production successfully uses new materials and technologies.
Major subdivisions of Antica: Design team. We construct all houses only upon project of our own. Model shop. All facade elements which are fabricated in the shop have its natural size. The shapes for construction are made according to models. Architectural millworks production facility. While the company constructs a building, the production facility manufactures architectural décor for the project. Currently, we are taking advantage of six technologies for architectural elements manufacture: 1. Concrete products. This is the first and the easiest technology. We have used it to build up two objects: Belyaevsky country estate (construction 1993 1995) and private residence in Baku, the Republic of Azerbaijan (construction 2000 2002).
2. Polyester resins. This technology allows to lighten weight of architectural décor and to speed up its manufacture. We have used this technology to construct two buildings of residential complex on Kasatkin Street (construction 2003 2005). 3. Fibre reinforced concrete. Fibre concrete is the most efficient technology. It allows to enlarge details and increase their complexity as well as raise speed of production. We have taken advantage of this technology to build 4 projects of residential complex Palace Quay, with our major building the Palace of Farmers, country estate outside Kazan and Renaissance dwelling house.
4. Reinforced polyurethane. We have applied this technology to manufacture long heliciform columns on the New Gothic dwelling house. It is worth mentioning that we have applied all our technologies into the New Gothic building. 5. Bronze. Bronze sculpture on façade is the luxury of classical architecture. For the first time we have tried this technology in construction of the Palace of Farmers. The 20 meters high sculpture Tree of life, located in the façade of palace, was made out of complete bronze. Furthermore, we have made 24 bronze statues of winged panthers in the corners of towers, horses on the front façade and medallions under twin columns. 6. Stone. Currently we are trying to use the technology of architectural décor production made out of marble, limestone and sandstone on Italian CNC machines.
Skilled team of sculptors, pattern makers, moulders and casters work on the territory with the area exceeding 2500 square meters. Having the latest equipment, spacious warehouses and qualified personnel, the company is able to fulfill any fantasy of the client. The excellent quality of the execution of works remains stable at all times, irrespective of the object.

The project, which we have designed, reflects the whole beauty of classics through the prism of modern architecture. We put all our love for a classical architecture into appearance of this building which symbolizes an ocean wave.
