A WORLD OF QUALITY, SAFETY AND HYGIENE STERILCLAVE 18 litres-bhd/b/s
STERILCLAVE COMINOX: THE NEW GENERATION Boosting its unique and ergonomic design, Sterilclave Cominox is the la latest result of 20 years experience in the sterilisation field. The first Italian manufacturing company to manufacture and sell Type B sterilizers (since 1996), Cominox, member of the working group WG5 TC 102 of CEN (European Standardisation Committee), actually represents a clear reference for the high quality and high technological content sterilisation system market. Available in two models, 18 and 24 litres, Sterilclave Cominox, designed and manufactured in compliance with the EN 13060 standard, is an Autoclave, offering superior performances in comparison with present and specific medical market requirements. 01

Polluted water and clean water outlet discharge Automatic clean water loading and direct continuous discharge of polluted water (optional, serial fitting on the BHD models). STERILCLAVE 18: TECHNOLOGY AT THE QUALITY SERVICE Constantly looking for perfection, experience and use of quality materials allow to manufacture units whose performances are far superior than standards in terms of efficiency and life in time: as far as the sterilisation chamber is concerned (WARRANTED 10 YEARS), only stainless steel AISI 304 is used. The automated control of the saturated steam liquid phase as well as other specific technical solutions allow to cut water cosumption to the bare minimum and to get the possible highest temperature difference from one side to the other of the chamber, during the sterilisation process, lower than 0.5 C, thus avoiding any thermal shock or the use of instruments such as turbines or switches. The active door locking consists of a safety block (standard EN 61010-2-41) and the Stand-by chamber pre-heating is simply enforced when the door is closed for safety reasons, thus cutting even energy consumption when not required. 06 07

The group, divided into 4 main production plants, covers as a whole 20,000 square meters and exports 80% of its production. Located in Brianza, one of the leading industrialised areas in the North of Italy, Cominox is well-known in the world as a manufacturing company of highly technological small-sized autoclaves. Thanks to its 20 years experience in the steam sterilisation sector, and the first company in Italy applying the quality sterilisation concept to Counter autoclaves, Cominox mainly aims at designing and manufacturing highly technological products, lasting in time with a consistent quality/price ratio. Mainly the company philosophy is geared on three consistent pillars, which allowed Cominox to rank first on the Italian market (1996) in terms of offering Type B autoclaves including a mechanical pre-vacuum cycle followed by a fractioned pulsed vacuum cycle: - Innovation: Cominox is constantly looking for new technical solutions, improving any activity in the medical sector in terms of patient health-care protection and preservation against any infection transmission. Since 1996 the company actively take part in the WG5 working group of the TC 102 technical commission of the European Standardisation Committee, to better define the EN 13060 standard for small steam sterilizers. - Quality: Constant investments in terms of technology, highly qualified personnel, control equipment and more and more sophisticated testing untis allow to manufacture more and more qualified products. Cominox is certified according to EN 9001 and EN 13485 standards (company quality standard). - Service: The most complete range of Autoclaves (4 different sterilisation chambers for 10 models) for any demanding customer; periodical technical and commercial training courses, organised by Cominox, destined to dealers.
