Products Introduction IR Sensor Lens Microphone Speaker Reset MicroSD card Slot DC 5V Power Slot Reset Before starting setup Make sure of the following: - Your router supports the 2.4GHz frequency band (802.11b/g/n). - Your router DHCP is enabled. - Your smartphone is connected to the Internet with a WLAN/Wi-Fi that the camera will connect with. - You know the WLAN/Wi-Fi password.( No special characters in the password and Wi-Fi SSID such as @#$%^&*). - Your smartphone, camera, and router should be within about 8 feet during setup. After your camera is set up,you can move the camera to your preferred location(the configurations are saved to camera system Start setup Step1. ifcam App Installation Go directly to Step3 if the ifcam app is already download and registered in your smartphone. Scan the QR code to download the ifcam App. Search ifcam on Google Play or ios App Store -1-
Step2. Register an App user account After download the App ifcam, please Install and register an user account for it. Input a email 0551876 Keep password Forgot Password? Product connection Waiting on App ifcam.. beeping If you can t hear the beeping sound from the device within 1 minute, you need reset the device first. Press RESET button by a reset pin for 10 seconds until you hear a clash sound from the device. Then waiting until you hear continuous beeping sound from the device, and go to Step4 for add the device on App ifcam. -2-

Live video stream on your smartphone 2.Screenshots Microphone FAQ1: Wi-Fi setting failed Method-1: WiFi setting via MicroSD card 1) Power off the camera. 2) Download WifiInfo.txt from www.videoipcamera.com 3) Open the WifiInfo.txt file and input your router's Wi-Fi SSID and password. For example:the router's Wi-Fi SSID is: ifcam and Password is: ifcam123. then input this information as picture :FAQ1-1. ifcam ifcam123 4) Copy this WifiInfo.txt file to a empty MircoSD card. 5) Insert the MircoSD card to IP camera and power on the camera. 6) Wait for 1 min until hear a clash sound from the camera,the clash sound means Wi-Fi settings success. 7) Add the camera to App, Back to user manual Step4 Add the camera on the App. Method-2: WiFi setting via scan QR Code Before Wifi setting, please make sure the camera still on WiFi setting Part..., you can still hear continuous beeping sound from the camera. 1) After Wi-Fi setting failed, You will get the following tips: Wi-Fi setting failed Try Again Wi-Fi Setting 404087 Network busy! Please try again. First, please confirm whether the device make beeping sound. If not beeping, you need back to the first step of Add New Device? If you heard continuous beeping sound, check whether input incorrect Wifi password, and try again If this setting failed several times, please try QR Code Setting to configure Wifi QR Code Setting QR Code Setting 404087 press Reset button with the Reset pin for 10 seconds untill hear a clash sound from the device,then input Wi-Fi password and tap Next Sricamsales Input Wi-Fi Password Next FAQ1-2 FAQ1-3 2) Click QR Code Setting, and input Wi-Fi password, Click Next. Phone push alarm Enable Receive Notifications then the camera will push notification to your smart phone when an alarm is activated. Push notification account is default as the ifcam app login account. If don t need this function, you can delete the push account. Buzzer alarm Enable Buzzer Alarm then the camera s buzzer works when an alarm is activated. Email Alerts The alarm notification will send to your designated email address. Tap " Email Alerts", and fill in the email information as below guide 1. Sender: Please input your email address (e.g., Lucy@gmail.com). 2. SMTP server: The server address for the Sender's email account. 3. Port: Please select 587 or 465 if the SMTP address is mtp.gmail.com, Smtp.mail.yahoo.com or smtp.live.com(hotmail.com). If not, please select 25. 4. Password: input password 5.
