NJ700 LED A Reliable Industry Solution NJ700 LED Innovative and robust The NJ700 LED from Siteco commences a new era for the lighting of high halls. A special feature is the modular concept in two construction sizes for mounting heights of between 6 and 20 metres and with a highly innovative inner life. The construction principle provides the sustainability: the luminaire has been designed so that LED modules and electronic control gear can be simply upgraded in the future. The housing is also sufficiently robust to easily withstand highly adverse industrial surroundings (IP66/IK08). Flexibility for industrial applications The NJ700 LED is available in two different construction sizes with different beam characteristics (wide/narrow distribution, asymmetric distribution). Equipped with a glass cover the highbay luminaire is ideal for industrial applications and can be used with a high level of diversity. High colour rendering (CRI 80) provides the optimal preconditions for applications in a variety of industrial environments. The use of DALI and optionally integrated sensor technology provides the basis for intelligent and effective light management. The highbay luminaire is mounted with a ceiling bracket or via chain suspension, and simple handling saves both time and money. 4

This means that the inherent value of the luminaire is maintained, and operation becomes more efficient. Systematic fitness for the future thanks to upgrades, and with the modular construction of the NJ700 LED this functions with just a few components and twists of the wrist. The industrial luminaire is also equipped with a DALI interface and can be integrated into external light management systems, meaning further savings potential via three control options: light management depending on motion and daylight as well as luminous flux tracking. The highbay luminaire can also be alternatively controlled via integrated sensor technology (optional) and motion detection and daylight. Fit for the future Only a few twists of the wrist are needed to upgrade NJ700 LED modules to new LED generations. 6

This applies to installation but also with possible upgrades to future LED and ECG generations. Replacing the LED module Only three components: release the screws and remove the housing cover with panel and sealing. Then remove the reflector. The LED module can now be replaced. Replacing the electronic control gear Only two components: release the screws on the E-box and remove the cover including sealing. The control unit on the inside can then be replaced. Technology with uncompromising quality With Siteco luminaires we aim for maximum levels of quality and service, and this is why only premium components are integrated. NJ700 LED Robust Design High reliability in the roughest conditions Heat, cold, vibrations the NJ700 LED easily stands up to a wide diversity of operating environments in the industrial sector. The highly resistant diecast aluminium casing with IP66 protection and PC cover provides high protection and reliability. The highbay luminaire is ball impact resistant (IK08) and has two steel fixing brackets that withstand highly diverse mechanical loads. The luminaire is made for high halls in demanding surroundings such as heavy industry, canopied outdoor areas and even deep freezes. The start temperature of the NJ700 LED is -30 C, and the luminaire also simultaneously copes admirably with heat. The service life is up to 50,000 h (L85/B10) at ambient temperatures of +45 C. NJ700 LED Efficiency and Control Modern light, great savings potential Work in industrial environments means precise processes and requires the very best visual conditions for the human eye. When a company invests, it s not only a matter of productivity and functionality but also naked figures and balance sheets for maintenance, operating and energy costs. This applies to new systems but also just as much to the refurbishment of existing lighting solutions. Thanks to efficient optics and innovative design, the NJ700 LED ensures that lighting is not an energy waster or cost driver in terms of maintenance. In addition, many applications require less light points than the previous, obsolete installation, which also cuts investment costs. The NJ700 LED replaces conventional highbay reflector luminaires, and with the optional light control function provides additional savings potential at simultaneously higher levels of illuminance. NJ700 LED Efficiency and Control Individual utilisation with simple operation: efficient light management is the basis for low operating costs and simultaneously high quality of light. The NJ700 LED enables spatial conditions and situational lighting needs to be individually controlled and optimised accordingly. Significant savings in operating overheads are achieved via optionally integrated sensor technology (consisting of motion detection, daylight control or a combination of both) or DALI-based light control systems and external sensors.
