Carefully read all of the instructions before enjoying the spa. WARNING: Operating the system without water will cause severe damage. WARNING: SHOCK HAZARD! No user serviceable parts. Do not attempt to service this control. Contact your dealer or service center for assistance. Follow all user s manual instructions. Installation must be performed by a certified licensed electrician and all grounding connections must be properly installed. 1. Operations (1) First power up: The backlight of control panel will be bright and the LCD will show the current time and temperature. It will show E1 if the temperature sensor is disconnected or short-circuited. When the bottom show "---", it indicates that the status of the system is in Standby Mode and the pre-heating and programmed circulation cleaning are on OFF status. Fig. 2: Normal temperature. Fig. 3: Temperature sensor disconnected or short-circuited (2) Operation to Power ON/ OFF Pressing the key will enter from ON Status to Standby Mode or from Standby Mode to ON Status. You can identify the ON Status to Standby Mode from below figures. pressing MINUTE or can start clock setting. The signal of ":" doesn t flash but Minute and Hour flash at this time. It will increase 1 hour when pressing every time,and the hours could be increasing continually when pressing the without stop The hour adjustment range is 0~23. In the status of clock setting, it will increase 1 minute when pressing " MINUTE every time, and the minutes could be increasing continually when pressing the " MINUTE " without stop. The minute adjustment range of the minute is 0~59. The system will quit the clock-setting status automatically after 6 seconds without pressing. (4) Program circulation-cleaning time: Circulation-cleaning only works one time every day. The LCD can show clearly whether circulation-cleaning is set or not. See following Figures: Fig. 6: Circulation-cleaning off Fig. 7: Circulation-cleaning on Circulation-cleaning setting must be in the Standby Mode status and the LCD display ----. 1) Press " ", and enter to Circulation-cleaning setting status, and the LCD display show " ", mark of CYCLE is flashing. At the same time, press " will exit without save. again, the circulation-cleaning setting 2)Press MINUTE and " " can set the starting time of circulation-cleaning: It will increase 1 minute when pressing MINUTE each time, and the minutes will be increased continually when pressing the MINUTE without stop. The adjustment range is from 0 to 59. It will increase 1 hour when pressing " each time, and the hours will be increased continually when pressing the " without stop. The adjustment range is from 0 to 23. When you finish setting the start time, go to the next step. 3)Press " " to set the lasting time of Circulation-cleaning. The minimum lasting time is 5 minutes on the LCD, and the time will not flash. It will increase 5 minutes by pressing MINUTE each time, and increase 3

1 hour by pressing each time. Please note that the maximum of lasting time is 19 hours and 55 minutes. After finish the setting of lasting time, go to next step. 4)After the above setting, press, the setting will exit with save. 1) Close circulation setting MINUTE 2) Set starting time of circulation MINUTE 3) Set lasting time of circulation 4) FINISHED *** Notice *** 1) All setting of Circulation-cleaning must be in standby mode status. When the clock reaches the set time of circulation (no matter that the system is ON or in standby mode) and there is enough water in the tub, the circulation will run automatically. At the same time, the LCD shows CYCLE and countdown timer. 2) Circulation PUMP and OZONE are not working during the setting time. 3) At the beginning of each circulation, all the massage pump and air blower run for 30 seconds and then stop automatically. The circulation pump and ozone generator work at the same time. The ozone generator will work for 15 minutes and then stop for 15 minutes and then continue the same cycle. The ozone generator will stop working automatically when activate any massage pump or air blower. The ozone generator also doesn t work when the circulation pump stop working. 4

4) If you want to stop the circulation when it is running, press key in standby mode. 5) The circulation will stop automatically when the lasting time is finished. (5) Pre-heating setting: Only one pre-heating period is allowed each day. The LCD can show clearly in the following figures about whether pre-heating setting status are set or not. ON is shown on the LCD display and the PREHEAT mark is flashing. At the same time, press " without save 2)Press MINUTE and " " can set the starting time of preheat: " again, the preheat setting will exit It will increase 1 minute when pressing MINUTE each time, and the minutes will be increased continually when pressing the MINUTE without stop. The adjustment range is from 0 to 59. It will increase 1 hour when pressing " each time, and the hours will be increased continually when pressing the " without stop. The adjustment range is from 0 to 23. When you finish setting the start time, go to the next step. 3)Press " " to set lasting time of preheat. The minimum lasting time is 10 minutes on the LCD, and this time will not flash. It will increase 10 minutes by pressing MINUTE each time and increase 1 hour by pressing each time. Please note that the maximum of lasting time is 19 hours and 50 minutes. When you finish the setting of lasting time, go to next step. 4)Press " " again to set the desired temperature of reheat. It will increase 1 by pressing and the temperature range is from 15 to 40. 5)After the above setting, press, the setting will exit with save. *** Notice *** 1) All setting of pre-heating must be in standby mode status. Be careful that the LCD show ON or OFF. If it show ON and the clock reaches the set time of preheat (no matter that the system is ON or in standby mode) and there is enough water in the tub, the preheat will run automatically. At the same time, the LCD shows PREHEAT and the countdown timer(the two points in the middle of the 5

time doesn't flash). 2) If you want to stop the preheat when it is running, press key in standby mode. 3) The preheat will stop automatically when the lasting time is finished. 4) Circulation PUMP and heater are not working during the setting time. 5) If the set temperature is the same or lower than the actual water temperature, the circulation pump and heater will not work even if the preheat is activated. 1) Close of preheat setting MINUTE 2) Set starting time of preheat MINUTE 3) Set lasting time of preheat 4) Set desired temperature 5) FINISHED (6) Operation of temperature setting The water temperature can only be set when the system is in ON status. It will increase 1 by pressing 6

and the temperature will be increased continually till 40 when pressing the without stop. And the temperature will return 15 when pressing from 15 to 4o. again at this time. The range of adjustment is (7) Operation of pumps Buttons of / / control massage pump1, pump2 and pump3. The massage pumps will be shut off automatically after one hour. When circulation and heating (preheat) are activated, the circulation pump will work automatically. (8) Operation of 24-hours circulation Press the key to turn on and turn off the 24-hours circulation On the startup of 24-hour circulation, the massage pumps and air blower will work for 30 seconds and then shut off automatically. The circulation pump will work 24-hours. The ozone generator will work for 15 minutes and then stop for 15 minutes and repeat this cycle. When any pump or air blower is activated, the ozone generator will be turned off automatically. The LCD will show CYCLE mark when the 24-hour circulation is activated. The 24-circualtion will be shut off automatically if the system is in ON status. *** Notice *** 1) 24-hours can only be operated in standby mode. The clock, preheat and automatic circulation can not be set when 24-hour circulation is activated. (9) Operation of LED lights Button controls the ON/OFF of the LED lights. Press for the first time, the LED lights are ON and the color of lights are changing automatically. Press again,the current color are fixed. Press at the third times,all LED lights are turned off. (10) Operation of constant temperature heating 1) When the pre-heating time is up (If the pre-heating had been activated) or press the will activate constant temperature heating system. 2) After the startup of constant temperature heating, circulation pump will be running all the while. 3) For example: if the water temperature is set at 35, when the water temperature reaches 35, the heater will be turned off automatically and the circulation pump will stop after 5 second. However, when the water temperature reach or lower than 34, the heater will start up again. 4) When the temperature sensor is disconnected or short-circuited (LCD shows E1 ), the automatic temperature control system will not be available and the heater as well as massage pumps and air blower can not be activated. (11) Operation of air blower Button " controls the on/off of air blower. Air blower will be turned off automatically after 20 minutes. (12) Fahrenheit & Celsius temperature shift 7

F/ C to switch between the mode of Fahrenheit (13) Water-lacking protection system When there is no enough water in the bathtub, water pumps, air blower and heater will not start up. And the signal of these buttons on the LCD will keep flashing. However, the air blower can still be activated. (14) Anti-freezing system The heater & circulation pump will be activated when water temperature is under 5,And will be turn off when up 10. This function is effective only when power on. 4. Make sure not to change any setting without instruction from the manufacturer or dealers. 2) If the control system has fixed power control, the heater will stop working when any massage pump is activated at any time. 5. 7. Instructions to drain the water Take out the small plug and then connect a hose to it. Loose the drain vale anticlockwise to open the drain valve and the water will come out. After finish draining, screw down the drain valve clockwise again to close it. Remark: 1) If you need to dry the hot tub completely, please activate the air blower running for a while to drain the water in the air pipeline. 8. Instructions about the combination lock of SPA s cover The preset number to open the combination lock at 0-0. You can reset the combination to your own number as follows: Open your combination lock. Use your ball point pen or other small strike to press in the reset button. Rotate the dial to the number that you want to set while keeping the reset button depressed. Release the reset button and reset the other side of the lock by the same way. 9. Cleaning instructions Do not use cleaners or compounds containing harsh abrasives. Also, avoid using heavy-duty rubbing or buffing compounds. Use a soft liquid cleaner. A gentle mixture of any mild soap and warm water will generally dissipate most common soil from the surface. Using a soft cloth, wash the area to be cleaned and rinse. If stubborn dirt remains, as a stain embedded in the grain of the vinyl, use a soft brush, and if necessary, a touch of cleaning powder. In both situations, rinse and dry with a soft cloth. 10
