CSL Projects Limited is a recently formed sister company of Consolidated Services Limited (CSL). CSL Projects Limited has been formed with the objective to procure and manage on behalf of foreign companies various medium and large scale infrastructure development projects of Bangladesh Energy, Power, Water, Irrigation, Transportation and other expanding sectors undertaken by the Government of Bangladesh to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDG). Backed by nearly 40 years of business experience of CSL, the new company CSL Projects Limited formed with same principal directors from CSL is set to launch its activities in the above sectors in a more focused and effective manner under the management of Company Board of Directors. Services and Competencies Technical Association CSL maintains different panel/portfolio of expert/skilled personnel/technicians in their respective discipline for the services of its Principals/Foreign Associates. CSL also retains legal Adviser, Company Lawyer and Auditor on regular basis. CSL can organize local engineering, manpower and construction equipment for erection and construction of associated facilities. CSL also have local associate companies who can undertake civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works under the top supervision of foreign prime contractors. Pre-contract Keep constant liaison with clients and relevant agencies from inception of the project to the final completion. Apprise its principals of all relevant information regarding the project well in advance.
Assist and advise the Principal in the preparation of proposal. Assist in responding to technical and commercial queries raised by the client. Assist in contract negotiations. Post contract Coordinate and liaise with client and all governmental departments relevant for the execution of the project e.g. immigration authorities for visa and work permit, National Board of Revenue for tax purposes, Custom and VAT authorities, Directorate of Labour, Department of Environment etc. Assist in custom clearance and transportation of machinery and equipment from port to site. Assist the Principal in the selection of subcontractors for supply and services with regard to civil, mechanical and electrical/instrumentation works. Assist recruitment of manpower for operation of the plant in various disciplines and categories. Assist to expedite issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate from the client and ensuretimely payment of bills and release of Bid Bond. Assist in demobilization and winding up of the project.
