Aerospace Unincorporated changes to Revision K of the SPOC Manual UPDATED February 17, 2014 The SPOC Manual is controlled in Electronic format as presented on the Supplier Portal and Honeywell Intranet. Paper copies and electronic copies downloaded and saved to a local hard drive are Uncontrolled. Users must routinely visit the manual online, checking this change page for updates which have been made that are not currently reflected in the manual. The following changes are effective on the date indicated: Change 1 Section 3.0 SPOC 009 reference to 128.4 had been corrected in Rev. K, but change asterisk was missing. 2 SPOC 419 Paragraph 419.3.7, section (f) has been rewritten to clarify requirements. Original i) deleted. Honeywell temporary exemption details added. Since today is publication/effective date, correction has actually been made to the manual and is viewable. Subject to the restrictions identified below in this clause, legacy on hand inventory at a Contract Manufacturer (CM) is temporarily exempt from the requirements specified in Paragraph 419.3.7. Legacy on hand inventory is defined as electronic parts or components ( parts ) acquired before October 25, 2010 from one of the following sources: i) Life Time Buy material acquired by the CM pursuant to Honeywell purchase orders; ii) Parts acquired by the CM from non-franchised distributors specifically for use in products sold to Honeywell product; iii) Parts acquired by the CM from OCMs or franchised distributors specifically for use in products sold to Honeywell product prior to the origination of SPOC 419.
