Processing in water solutions Multifunction machines for product surface preparation with aqueous solutions Company "ECOLINE" offers a range of surface preparation machines with one to five tanks, which can be used in various production schemes for processing various types. Moreover, all machines meet the requirements of surface preparation technology using water: complete tank and related piping isolation. Surface preparation machines running on aqueous solutions perform the following functions: Preparation, storage and display of treatment solutions; Mechanical particles filtration and oil separation; Blasting, immersion treatment, hydrodynamic, mechanical and other impact on the part surface for maximum efficiency. Loading / unloading and part technological transport functions. Machines can have one to five tanks which allows to perform various types of processing. The number of tanks corresponds to the number of processing phases. Operational cycle can have the following surface preparation phases: degreasing; etching; phosphating; immunization; washing with water; drying. The main types of machines running on water Compact spray jet dead-end type machines In these machines washable parts remain stationary while cleaning and other processing solutions are subsequently fed to the processing zone. These types of machines include outfits of "MPP" series. Submersible lines of surface preparation A range of tanks filled with processing solutions and equipped with a transport system. These types of machines include "PM" series. Spray jet belt-type machines Washable parts are moved along the conveyor and consistent processed with washing and other processing media in the relevant zones.

Processing in water solutions WASHING MACHINES FOR THE WORKSHOP Automatic washing machine of "SM" series are intended for washing parts with dimensions up to Ш 800 mm, using aqueous detergent composition. Working chamber has a mesh basket made of stainless steel for part loading. During the process, the basket is rotated with the energy of a liquid jet (jet drive). The automated control system allows to modify the processing parameters depending on product type. Washing (processing) camera has a sliding door with the electric drive. The machine can be equipped with a loading table with roller conveyor. Upon request, the machine may have 1 to 5 storage tanks for various processing operations (degreasing, phosphating, etching, immunization, water rinsing). Processing in water solutions IMMERSION WASHERS WITH PNEUMATIC LIFT SERIES PM The washer is designed for immersion washing and part surface preparation. The machine is a reservoir equipped with a lift platform with pneumatic drive. Platform vertical movements during processing provide constant renewal of solutions on the part surfaces. For reloading parts the platform is lifted in the level of chamber upper square, thus making it easy to reload and transport parts. The machine is manufactured of stainless steel AISI304, 3 mm thick, and equipped with sockets for draining and connection to water supply system. Installation of baskets with parts in the machine washing chamber and removing them after washing cycle is done manually. The machine can be equipped with a loading table with roller conveyor. Upon request, the machine may have one or two collecting tanks providing the required purity for the parts. The solution being drained from the operating chamber flows through a coarse filter of the corresponding collecting tank. The filters are easily accessible and can be cleaned by the operator when needed.
