Processing in water solutions Multifunction machines for product surface preparation with aqueous solutions Company "ECOLINE" offers a range of surface preparation machines with one to five tanks, which can be used in various production schemes for processing various types. Moreover, all machines meet the requirements of surface preparation technology using water: complete tank and related piping isolation. Processing in water solutions IMMERSION WASHERS WITH PNEUMATIC LIFT SERIES PM The washer is designed for immersion washing and part surface preparation. The machine is a reservoir equipped with a lift platform with pneumatic drive. Platform vertical movements during processing provide constant renewal of solutions on the part surfaces. For reloading parts the platform is lifted in the level of chamber upper square, thus making it easy to reload and transport parts. The machine is manufactured of stainless steel AISI304, 3 mm thick, and equipped with sockets for draining and connection to water supply system.
