After Service Request 110V/60Hz The power is rated 110V/60Hz. The plug must be grounded and connected only to 110V. Failure and electric shock could occur should a short circuit happen. Please make sure the unit is plugged in properly. Please do not plug this unit in with any other electronic appliances on the same power outlet using multiple outlet adapters or extension cords. Overheating may result in fire. Please do not allow water to come into contact with the product or use the product with wet hands. Failing to do so may result in electric shock. If any errors occur in the product, please stop using it immediately and contact the dealer that you purchased the product from, or the Migun Headquarter. 110V AC more than 15A Shorter than 5m Do not pull on the electrical cord. Please pull on the plug itself at its base using your hand. Fire or electric shock may result if the cord is damaged. If an extension cord is absolutely required, please follow the power requirements mentioned above. Please do not damage, stress, or excessively bend the power cord. The objects could be damaged while the product is in use. Please lower the temperature if it becomes too hot to avoid skin irritation or burns. Please do not let any paper clips, staples, or small metal objects fall into the unit. Otherwise, the product may become damaged and a malfunction could occur. Please do not put any drinks on top of the unit or near the it. Otherwise, the liquid may spill and negatively influence the product. Electric shock or shortage may even occur. Please do not use excessive force while using the product to avoid unit damage. Do not station the product near any open fire or any heating appliances. Otherwise, it may result in fire or electric shock. Please do not smoke anywhere near the product. Ashes may damage the product or cause fire to occur. Users could be burned if they sleep with on the unit at a high temperature. Therefore, when sleeping, please lower the temperature to a safe level. After Service Request After unplugging the cord, please wait at least one minute prior to re-plugging it in to avoid this product being damaged due to excessive operation. Please keep the product away from direct sunlight. Otherwise, discoloration may occur. If the unit is dropped or seriously impacted seriously, it may result in additional accidents, therefore, please return the product where you purchased it from or any A/S office. Characteristics of the Mat Components of the Mat Operational Characteristics of the Migun Healthy Mat 1. Warming and heating functions of the healthy mat allow users to set temperature within the range of 86ºF~158ºF freely and to maintain that temperature for any duration. -You can obtain a good heating effect according to the set temperature or by selecting a certain temperature suitable for sleeping. 2. The unit is convenient to move, set up, and maintain. Anyone can manage it easily. 1) Always check the power rating before using. 2) Using this together with other medical instruments may create unnecessary risk or accidental danger. 3) If any failure of the device occurs, stop using it immediately. 4) If there is power failure, switch off the power, and stop using it immediately. 5) If you have any problems with your body that was possibly caused by the device, stop using it immediately, and consult your doctor. 6) Those who fall under any of the following conditions are recommended to consult with their doctor immediately before continuing with usage: Acute disease Malignant [vicious] tumor High fever Heart problems (Especially those who use a pacemaker.) Controller Parts & Functions - Healthy Mat Controller Left mat temperature dial: The dial that sets the temperature on the left mat. Left mat temperature indication lamp: The lamp will be turned on when pressing the left mat start button. Left mat start lamp: The lamp will be turned on when left mat is turned on. Left mat start button:a button to turn on power for the left mat. A dial to test whether electromagnetic waves are being blocked. A lamp to check whether electromagnetic waves are being blocked. Main power switch Right mat start button A button to turn on power for the right mat. Right mat start lamp: The lamp will be turned on when right mat is turned on. Right mat temperature indication lamp: The lamp will be turned on when pressing the right mat start button. Right mat temperature dial: The dial that sets the temperature on the right mat. Power lamp: Lights up when the power is on.

Operational Procedures 3. Press the left and right warming and heating switches to turn the warming and heating lamps on. 6. When setting the temperature of the Healthy Mat, turn the dial setting for temperature adjustment to the desired temperature. 4. The left and right operation lamps will blink to operate according to the position of the temperature adjustment dial. 7. Never open or disassemble the controller. This will prevent electric shock. 5. For the electromagnetic wave selection function, select EMF lamp off to use when holding the Select button. (When the EMF lamp is on while holding the electromagnetic wave selection function means that electromagnetic waves are being emitted.) 8. Turn off the power and disconnect the plug after use.

How to Clean the Product 1) Store the electric wire and mat in a safe place after using. 2) Keep the unit away from direct sunlight. Do not allow dust and foreign substances to come into contact with the product. 1) Wipe the surface of the mat with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any abrasives. 2) Remove dust by using a vacuum cleaner. 3) Keep the unit in a place where air is well ventilated and that a proper temperature (50ºF~77ºF) is maintained. 4) Do not drop or strike the product. 3) Keep away from water. 4) Dry fully after repair and maintenance. 5) Disconnect the power plug when cleaning this product. 5) Do not adjust or alter any internal components of this electric mat under any condition. Service Contract Dispute Resolution: Any claims or disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved in the following manner and sequence: (1) First by telephone consultation with a service advisor handling the Customer Service telephone number listed on this Contract, (2) Secondly by non-binding mediation conducted in the District of Columbia by a third-party mediator selected by the Company, and if non-binding mediation is not successful, (2) Finally by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Buyer and Company hereby selects the District of Columbia as the forum state for arbitration of any and all claims or disputes. Buyer hereby waives all right to a jury trial and to settlement of any claims or disputes in state or federal court. Each party is responsible for bearing its own attorney's fees, costs and expenses and for one-half of any fees and costs charged by a third party mediator or arbitrator. Purchaser Records: To obtain services under this Contract, you must have an original, fully-executed Contract by you and the Company and all original receipts. Exclusions: This Contract does not cover repairs or replacements caused by accidental or intentional physical damage, condensation, spilled liquids, misuse, abuse, altered or missing serial numbers, damage caused by nonauthorized repair personnel or by Buyer, damage caused by connection of Product in an improper electrical power source or by electrical malfunctions. Also not covered are repair or replacement costs for lost or consumable parts, normal wear and tear, age of Product, cosmetic damage and problems due to improper and/or non-factory authorized installation or repairs. This Contract is not transferable. This Contract also excludes the following circumstances: Products that are used for commercial purposes, public rental or communal use in multi-family housing. Use of a product for there purposes will void this Contract. Buyer hereby waives any consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, loss of use. This Contract does not cover any fees related to third party contracts. Buyer hereby agrees that this Contract is not represented as an insurance policy or a statement of warranty of any kind. This Contract shall be rendered null and void if the covered Product is used or moved outside of the continental United States. Buyer is solely responsible for all shipping and handling costs, including insurance, and bears all risk of loss for Product or components of Product shipped to or from Company. Certain consumable parts are available for purchase from the Company and are not covered by this Contract. Buyers interested in purchasing consumable replacement parts may request a current product and price list from the Company. Receipt of a Product or components of Product from Buyer shall not be construed as the Company's acceptance of such goods for coverage under this Contract. Upon receipt of such goods, Company shall perform an evaluation and provide Buyer a written work order identifying both covered and non-covered parts and services. Buyer is solely responsible for payment of Company's then current price for repair and/or replacement of non-covered parts and problems.
